Jordan was alone on a lazy Sunday, but boy… can things change on a dime. Before you knew it, Temperance House was full to the gills. As guests began collecting inside, Jordan LOCKED in. All by herself, Jordan handled food and drink orders, checked on food at the window to ensure correctness, and ran food to where it belonged—all while maintaining rapport and professionalism with those watching her provide top notch service with one hand tied behind her back. 10/10 would come...
I came in with a friend for a few drinks and apps. The bar was slow, and the bartender was attentive and greeted us promptly. Within 15 minutes, a large group came in and sat at tables and the bar. Jordan (the bartender) jumped right in and took care of everyone by herself, and it was a lot of people all at once. She handled it well, stayed focused, and still kept a happy, smiley face. As a restaurant manager, I was highly impressed. Kudos to Jordan!
It was nice and it was clean and quiet despite the music playing / bumpin jn the tavern till like 2am.. it’s like 254 years old!
