Walk to bathroom and caught manager talking crap about our group to her employees piss poor Management on Applebee's food also has gone downhill

Went with a guest and sat at the bar. The bar tender was friendly and attentive.... At first.
We got our order which came out with ingredients we ask to be withheld from the dish. While it was easy for my guest to just pick those ingredients off the dish, there was no attempt to make it right. A manager was sitting at a table behind us. After we got our food the bar tender completely disappeared and it seemed like the manager had to step on to get us our bill and to go containers. It was a bit awkward.

As we still had a 45 minute drive home, we stopped at the Audubon Applebee's at 9pm for a late dinner after a performance at Shannondell. Service was quick and friendly and the food was awesome. The tomato basil soup was as good as you get anywhere.

Horrible the beer was flat. The service was horrible. I had to go get up and get my own takeout box five. Girls are sitting at the table doing absolutely nothing because the place was empty. my three young daughters were even complaining about the service.smh.

Just picked up a 6 oz sirloin steak. It is one chunk of gristle. Terrible! I wanted broccoli which was featured all over the menu,but they had none! Appreciate the response.

Never order pickup from this location, they do a terrible job watching the food and staff is nasty, confused and unhelpful and rude in response to a clear issue at this location of people stealing food from the pickup location.
Iāve had this happen a few times but my latest experience was such that I will never go to this location again.

Dominic was our waiter and he was awesome. He talked a little bit too much, but his jokes were actually pretty cool. My husband and I came to Applebeeās to grab something to eat after being on the road as we are not from Philadelphia. As soon as we have to, Applebeeās, we were able to park right in front of the door. We walked in and we were immediately seated, placed our order, etc. Service was fast. We didnāt have to wait for a table and we didnāt have to wait long for our food. It seems like everything was done immediately, which was awesome. We did the two for $25 deal and it was pretty nice. All the food came out nice fresh and hot. Iāll definitely give this Applebeeās a 10 out of 10. and I will definitely come back if I was visiting.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I arrived at 7:53 for an order that should have been ready at 7:51 and I waited over 10 minutes in the curbside pickup spot while watching two employees casually take a smoke breakāwhich is fine, until I had to walk inside myself to get the order. When I walked in, three employees were just sitting at a table doing nothing, and one of the people I had seen on a smoke break followed me in and handed me my order. I had already tipped in advance, thinking I was supporting the convenience of curbside pickupābut I fully regret that decision. There was nothing convenient about this experience, and the lack of customer service was disappointing.

I donāt usually expect much from a chain, but due to convenience, I ended up here two days in a rowāand both times, I was let down. The only real upside is the happy hour, though I doubt many people take advantage of it given the poor service. The place felt more like a hangout for the staff than a functioning restaurant. If I had to guess, the franchise owner must have deep pockets to tolerate such a poorly run operation.
