Dominic was our waiter and he was awesome. He talked a little bit too much, but his jokes were actually pretty cool. My husband and I came to Applebee’s to grab something to eat after being on the road as we are not from Philadelphia. As soon as we have to, Applebee’s, we were able to park right in front of the door. We walked in and we were immediately seated, placed our order, etc. Service was fast. We didn’t have to wait for a table and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. It seems like everything was done immediately, which was awesome. We did the two for $25 deal and it was pretty nice. All the food came out nice fresh and hot. I’ll definitely give this Applebee’s a 10 out of 10. and I will definitely come back if I was visiting.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I arrived at 7:53 for an order that should have been ready at 7:51 and I waited over 10 minutes in the curbside pickup spot while watching two employees casually take a smoke break—which is fine, until I had to walk inside myself to get the order. When I walked in, three employees were just sitting at a table doing nothing, and one of the people I had seen on a smoke break followed me in and handed me my order. I had already tipped in advance, thinking I was supporting the convenience of curbside pickup—but I fully regret that decision. There was nothing convenient about this experience, and the lack of customer service was disappointing.

I don’t usually expect much from a chain, but due to convenience, I ended up here two days in a row—and both times, I was let down. The only real upside is the happy hour, though I doubt many people take advantage of it given the poor service. The place felt more like a hangout for the staff than a functioning restaurant. If I had to guess, the franchise owner must have deep pockets to tolerate such a poorly run operation.

Honestly this was the best Applebees's I've been to in a long time. The wait staff was so lovely and friendly, even though they were crazy busy on a Friday night. They took pictures for us which meant no one had to be missing from the picture and we didn't have to cram 8 people in a selfie! The best part was that our girl Gabby enjoyed her birthday dinner <3

gave this place a shot, but just wasn’t impressed. we waited way too long to be acknowledged, even though it wasn’t busy. once seated, things felt disorganized… slow on drinks, and the staff seemed distracted. the food was fine, but hard to enjoy when the overall experience feels like an afterthought. maybe it was just an off night, but i won’t be rushing back.

For the love of God please change the frying oil!!! Every time I come to this part I get sick from the food! Every time I have been to this Applebee’s. The oil is not changed, and it leaves a disgusting taste of boneless wings or fried chicken tenders, and even the fries. I’m never coming back to this Applebee’s because the food is never good.

I had a great experience dining at Applebee’s recently. The food was delicious and came out quickly, but what really made the visit special was our server, Diamond. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her positive attitude and professionalism made us feel truly welcomed. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely enjoys providing excellent customer service—Diamond definitely does. Highly recommend this location, and if you’re lucky enough to have Diamond as your server, you’re in great hands!

I was in the area so I came to Applebee’s to get some dinner. Alisha was my server. She was truly amazing and made me have one awesome unique experience. She asked me how was the food? I told her it was amazing. This is not any normal hamburger this hamburger seem like whoever made it really took their time and put love into it. I was in serve my meal by the manager of the store for some reason he was very polite and courteous Throughout my meal aleecia constantly checked on me and my wife to make sure we were OK. She made suggestions as to other drinks I could take as well and she went out of her way to make certain that I could get a drink with no sugar which was my request so I got a tea with no sugar just water and tea and that made my day. I think she was built for this job. I will always request her when I come to this Applebee’s.

People frustrate me, Applebee's has a great late night after 9pm options. Very low cost, drinks+ and you all still follow social media or what u hear is good
