Young lady at counter who took our order was very confused and agitated with an easy order but maybe she special needs of some kind. You should train young cashiers to not make assumptions of age based off their inability to determine ages of anyone over 30. If a senior wants a discount they'll ask. Food was great!!!

as soon as I walked in I was greeted very pleasantly, I ordered the Steak Nuggets and they are really good. I like them without the sauce but they were tender and juicy, I highly recommend! This place is nice and clean and the service is quick.

Cheesesteak was very very sloppily done and not much meat , mostly peppers and onions the roll was soggy and falling apart I'll stick with the beef and cheddar if anything!!!

Holy Cow! Since when does it cost over $25 for 2 large roast beef, 2 medium fries, and 2 medium sodas-? Plus, the fries weren't even hot,..weren't even luke warm! And when My husband asked for hot fries, the guy at the counter made a big joke about it. Half of the condiment stations are always empty - not sometimes- I mean ALWAYS empty. Y'know, Arby's used to be my husband's favorite fast food destination. It'll be a looong time before we go there again- if ever.

I'm very upset. Please, to the owner of this franchise, hire people who want to work. This man was totally miserable, lied, and told me the shake machine is not working. He did not want to make more meat, so he put the little he had on 3 long roll buns. This man made me wait in the drive through.Youre going to lose a lot of business becaus3 of this type of attitude. I ordered 3 new Angus cheese steaks, and I wanted a shake. He told me the machine was broken,then I waited about 10 minutes at the drive-through for bread with a lot of mayo and hardly any meat . I took pictures, and I want something done because I work hard for my money for a lazy person who doesn't want to make more food to service what we asked for. That's a disgrace. I went there yesterday and a lovely lady served me ,very polite fast and there was meat in the bread, I then went today and he was totally miserable. I would have made it myself, but I work. I would not buy fast food if I had time. That's disgusting, and my kid and I had to eat it, for there was nothing else. I went there on 06-24-25. The time was 11 38 give or take. I do have the receipt, and I expect something to be done. Pictures don't lie or videos, and I would not serve anyone in that manner. I'm hoping his name is on the receipt because me and my son went to bed hungry.

Ordered off of uber eats from this location tonight. Got someone else’s order with my receipt taped to the bag. Not the drivers fault. How do you confuse 4 sandwiches and 2 sides with 1 sandwich and 2 sides? Insane.
