I haven’t eaten Arby’s in decades, but decided I’d stop to get a crispy chicken sandwich meal yesterday when I saw this location. I should’ve know better since it was early Saturday evening and not a single car was in the drive thru. The rib meat chicken breast wasn’t tasty at all, and I’m not sure if someone mishandled my meal but I’ve been stuck on the commode ALL DAY with the runs. Stomach in knots and passing liquid, I feel awful. I will probably have to go to the ER as the cramping in my stomach is unbearable. Beware of this place!!

Repeated my order multiple times and still got it wrong. Wrong sides, ingredients on the sandwich I asked not to he on it, and nothing I wanted on it.

My experience through the drive thru was ok however, as I was ordering the person kept saying ‘keep going’ a few times to me through the drive thru. Then I did not mind waiting at the door to pull up to wait for my nuggets, the Asian lady brought it out to me & gave me a mean look as she was coming to drop it off to me while i was in my car. I said thank you & she still gave me a mean look… it was very unnecessary tbh & ignorant of her to do so. Overall, i received poor customer service & it wasn’t right at all. Food was NOT hot either & it was lousy. Arby’s do better please.

Place was dead, not welcoming and the sliders was nothing like the images on the menu, it was tiny and overpriced. Looked like a tiny chicken nugget sandwiched btw a piece of hawaiian bread. Just awful
