I came here for lunch since 2019. This is the best Chinese restaurant in Blue Bell area. They provides authentic Sichuan style (spicy) food. The owner is very generous and welcoming.

As a chinese person, take it from me - I’ve been eating here for years. The food here is delicious and authentic. The service is prompt and the portions are big. Best enjoyed if you can handle some heat as Sichuan is known for their numbing spice.

All these one-star reviewers must have bumped their heads because this is one of the most delicious and authentic Sichuan-style restaurants I’ve ever been to in the US. I am from the Sichuan province so I’d say my standards are fairly high. We ordered several dishes, including the cold noodles, spicy stir fried pork belly, beef with spicy peppers, green beans, and shredded potato. Everything tasted amazing and the service was equally exceptional. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!

We have been in Dubai for almost 3 years since leaving the Philly area. We often remember Bamboo on Germantown pike. We were back there last month ... Wonderful! What excitement when our Taste of chengdu crispy chicken arrived!
It will be a few years till we return... But we will be back! Please don't take Taste of chengdu off your selection of entrees.

This restaurant is authentic. I have ordered most of the menu here over the last two years. Of all the restaurants in the Philly area, including Chinatown, this is the place I bring my in-laws to (who are from China).
For dishes, I recommend the Shui Zhu Rou Pian, Suan Yu Tang, and La Zi Ji. Even the Suan La Tang blows me away. You cannot go wrong ordering anything off the menu. There is something for everyone here, both cold and hot dishes.
The people working there were so kind. We had just returned from China, so we had lots to talk about! I highly recommend ordering from and dining at Bamboo.
