For a quick meal, at a decent price, Boston Market is solid. I ordered a family meal, with 5 sides, a half rack of ribs, 3 pieces of meatloaf and cornbread. The chicken was REALLY good, tons of flavor, and I just ordered the original with no other sauces. The meatloaf was better than expected! Nice pieces, brown gravy.The sides were good, but could have been a little more "full" in the container. The Mac and cheese was a bit watery, but good flavor and not overcooked. Cornbread is a staple there, and we always get a bunch. Sweet potato casserole was awesome! Creamed spinach was good as was the broccoli. No complaints, for the price, it's a great place for a quick meal that isn't typical "fast food". This location typically has very good customer service too.Parking: 15+ spaces
Tonight I ordered a delivery. The receipt had my correct order but the bag had other wise. The food was cold. No one answered when I tried to call in. I will never order from here again and will be following up with cooperate.

This was the worst tasting $17.00 lunch chicken dinner I've EVER had. Is there some rule I'm not aware of where the people working in the kitchen can't season the food. 'I like Boston Market', so I know what I just experienced is not the norm.. But what I just purchased for my lunch was horrible. The yard bird tasted just like that. YARD BIRD. Zero taste. No wonder the place looked as though it was closed from the outside.Yuck!!!!!!!!Parking: #0388

Looks a bit shabby from the outside and a bit dingy inside but the chicken was delicious. Skin was crispy and meat tender and cooked perfectly. Mashed potato side dish was sparse but tasty as was the gravy. Broccoli was excellent. The cornbread roll was tough and nothing special. The drink machine had three abandoned spouts which we had never seen before. And the lemonade/juice machine was covered over with no selections available. If we didn't know better, one would think that they were in a joint beside a back road in Alabama. But the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This location was really on the ball. I had gone to Abington store the night before & it is closed down. Had gift card to use up & was able to get 3 pot pies & use up my card. Food was great & they have a drive thru as well. Recommend this location!

Ordered via Door Dash. Driver asked them if they included mash potatoes and they assured him yes- nope, didn't come. And bread was stale and was suppose to be ciabatta. Ridiculous. Inept! Never again.

Ordered a half-white meal off of Doordash, disgusting. No gravy, chicken looked baked not rotisserie (that's how dry and flavorless it was) horrible experience .
I don’t live close to this location but occasionally drive out of my way for it. Apparently they’ve changed the mashed potatoes, cause they’re disgusting now. They smell strongly like some kind of cheap, chemically, butter substitute. I couldn’t eat them. Don’t think I’ll go out of my way again.

Boston Market here on Germantown Pike is still turning out some decent fast food.The resturant could use a spruce up inside.If you're looking for fast service and food that doesn't feel fast this is still a good option.The Rotisserie Chicken Dinner with choice of sides feels more like home cooked food compared to a burger wrapped in paper.The Meatloaf Carver Sandwich is unexpectedly good.Kid-friendliness: Perfect for dining with littles.Parking: Tons of parkingWheelchair accessibility: No issues at all.
