This Domino's is a consistent disappointment. I placed an order at 8:57pm, and the Domino's tracker app said it was being prepared at 9:02pm. It is now 10:56pm and nothing has happened. I called the Domino's multiple times but nobody answers. Customer Support is not helpful because they cannot cancel without talking to/having the person in store do it and nobody will pick up to do so.
I ordered Papa John's and it was made and delivered in 22 minutes all while I'm still waiting for my Dominos to even get put in the oven.

I ordered a pizza online at around 10:30 PM. Understanding it’s a Friday night. It’s a little busy. I waited for an hour before I called the store. When I called the store, they said my order was on the way. I got my food a half an hour later, which was an hour and a half after I ordered my food. The food was cold and it did not meet my expectations for quality I would consider not ordering from the store again, very disappointed.

Been hesitant to order from here because of recent reviews and last experience, but had a free pizza and gave it a go. I wasn’t disappointed! The delivery was on time, and the food was the best dominos I’ve had in years! Not sure if they’re under new management or something but this is how it should be. Hopefully it wasn’t an anomaly.
2/15/25 - Update it’s still the same ordered a pizza no delivery driver..
Place is horrible. Last time we ordered our order was canceled because they didn't have a driver for delivery.

I had a great experience with this Domino's. I Ordered different types of food, they all came out really good. Alexis, the associate who helped us, was very friendly & prompt, with everything on time. The store was clean and welcoming.
There's a new work that works here her name is alexis she is so nice and helpful made my order with no issues and was very polite...this place had issues before but she's fixing them and I'll be ordering here more ..glad she there...

Alright- a few weeks ago I placed an order for pickup at a specific time (9:15pm). I walked in at 9:13pm and the store was completely empty. I called out a few times and eventually a girl came to the front. I gave her my name and she said “oh cool I just gotta make that real quick.” Ma’am, i literally placed it ahead of time to avoid this. I canceled the order and left as I had to go. Tonight I figured I’d try again. I placed a mobile order 25 minutes before I would be there. I walk in behind another customer and there is no employee in sight. This dude starts hollering and no answer. He walks behind the counter, looks at me, and says “this is mine- I already paid.” He took his food and left. Finally, the same girl Alyssa, comes out and helps me. My food is ready and man it’s bad. I know dominos is cheap but this pizza is barely cut, no sauce, all messy. The place was gross. 0/10 we will not return to this location. Phoenixville is WAY awesome and I’ve never had a problem. This place is primed to be robbed because no one is ever at the front.
