Please change your oil and make better sandwiches! Saving pennies will make you loose thousands. We order hash browns which were so bad because we could tell they have been made in bad oil by the bad taste of it. Then the egg and cheese was overcooked and not edible, we had to throw everything, wasting our money. I never review chains but this was really bad and i hope they improve.

This is my favorite Dunkin. They always are so friendly and make my coffee perfect. Mina is such a delightful man and I always enjoy talking to him. I especially like his special hot chocolate espresso mixture. 10/10

Well, my latte was okay, but my food was cold. Also my husband’s coffee tasted like it was brewed six hours ago. And .75 cents for whipped cream. Anytime I go to a Dunkin I’m reminded why I choose Wawa.

I am very fond of Mina since we both are Egyptian, and it was cool to bond over that for a moment. He is a very kind man and also makes my refresher very well along other staff. Though sometimes when Mina isn't there for the day and other staff are there, I get my drink and notice that it tastes a little odd??? But it's never concerning, and it doesn't matter too much I still appreciate them and their efforts because at the end of the day these are people. One random time, they accidentally gave me a refresher with sparkling water and honestly it wasn't that bad I wouldn't mind ordering it again. Anyhow good drinks, good people, chill atmosphere. Thank you, Dunkin.

I don't know if he understands English but I was very clear. Coffee 2 sugars and cream. I repeated it 3 times. Why are they hiring people that can't speak English. He gives me an order with black coffee no cream. I went and parked and said I need cream. He took my coffee and throw it away and gave me coffee with cream and no sugar. I wasted 35 minutes for a cup of coffee. Reporting them to the authorities so they can hire people that speaks English and probably bunch of illegals working there for cheap.

Very disorganized and slow. I ordered on the touch screen and it took about 11mins for me to receive two donuts from the case, all after having repeated twice to the lady behind the counter about my order
A few others had come in needing their orders corrected as well
I had a relative work at a DD for two years and this kind of pace isn’t really the standard for a Dunkin.
