This is my favorite Dunkin. They always are so friendly and make my coffee perfect. Mina is such a delightful man and I always enjoy talking to him. I especially like his special hot chocolate espresso mixture. 10/10

I am very fond of Mina since we both are Egyptian, and it was cool to bond over that for a moment. He is a very kind man and also makes my refresher very well along other staff. Though sometimes when Mina isn't there for the day and other staff are there, I get my drink and notice that it tastes a little odd??? But it's never concerning, and it doesn't matter too much I still appreciate them and their efforts because at the end of the day these are people. One random...

I don't know if he understands English but I was very clear. Coffee 2 sugars and cream. I repeated it 3 times. Why are they hiring people that can't speak English. He gives me an order with black coffee no cream. I went and parked and said I need cream. He took my coffee and throw it away and gave me coffee with cream and no sugar. I wasted 35 minutes for a cup of coffee. Reporting them to the authorities so they can hire people that speaks English and probably bunch...
