I am very fond of Mina since we both are Egyptian, and it was cool to bond over that for a moment. He is a very kind man and also makes my refresher very well along other staff. Though sometimes when Mina isn't there for the day and other staff are there, I get my drink and notice that it tastes a little odd??? I don't know if he understands English but I was very clear. Coffee 2 sugars and cream. I repeated it 3 times. Why are they hiring people that can't speak English. He gives me an order with black coffee no cream. I went and parked and said I need cream. He took my coffee and throw it away and gave me coffee with cream and no sugar. I wasted 35 minutes for a cup of coffee. Reporting them to the authorities so they can hire people that speaks English and probably bunch...

I went through the drive thru earlier today because I wanted to try the new lava cake iced coffee. I also wanted to reload my Dunkin card for $20, I gave the person at the drive thru my $20 in cash and told the person I wanted to reload my card. He took the $20 and used it toward my order which is not what I wanted to do. I kept telling him I wanted to use that to reload my card. I really don’t think he understood what was going on.
