I waited in line for 10 minutes just to get to the speaker to order then had to wait another 5 minutes in line to get my order taken then another 10-15 minutes to receive my drink. There was only 4-5 people in line

Manager was very rude, she took my order then when I got to the window got very ignorant and told me and my wife that we kept speaking in the drive through but she never told us to repeat what we said or anything.... Just let us wait in line to get to the window to tell us In a rude way that she didn't understand our order which was literally only 3 basic drinks. If this place closes down tomorrow it would be too late. Take some lessons in manners if you hate your job then move onto something else. Don't take it out on your paying customers.

Wow I love this Dunkin the guy said his name is play and his greeting was superb he made me laugh while starting my morning off the right way food was banging and the drinks are slapping 939 is the best Dunking for sure

Excellent experience at this Dunkin location! Very friendly staff. I needed to work out of the cafe area for a few hours and really appreciated how kind they were. Food/drink service was quick too and the store is very clean. Thanks for making my morning/afternoon!

Took 15 minutes to get my order and after leaving and biting into my bagel..... butnt!! Why would you serve that. Only 1 side was burnt and the other wasn't even toasted. Not happy at all and will go elsewhere in the future.

i come here all the time, its close to home. they have a problem here using gloves, i see it almost every day. they use their bare hand to secure the lid you're going to have your mouth all over to drink it. in this day and age, its unacceptable... TWO thumbs down!! you can do better dunkin donuts on east main!
