I walked in with only 1 customer already being helped, I ordered 2 50 count munchkins on the kiosk. Waited and noticed 5 people walked in AFTER my order was final and I was waiting and no workers started getting my order together, even tho they were literally just standing there talking. All 5 customers after me got their stuff so I finally asked who was getting my order and they all just looked at each other like I was speaking a foreign language. Finally one of the workers said "fine, I'll do it" if I didn't need the munchkins for a holiday party I was helping with I was def going to ask for a refund and go somewhere else. This isn't the first time this happened to me, I will def go to a different DD for now on even tho this is the closest to my house and job!!! Wish I could leave now stars for service

This morning my breakfast was sub-par. I ordered via my mobile device which I typically do but today when I asked for a "toasted" breakfast sandwich I received a lukewarm chewy bagel with bits of eggshells. The cheese didn't melt completely either.

The line is always long. The people taking the order never understand what you say. Then when you get to the pickup they argue with you when they mess up your order (even though the label has your order correct). All around bad service. Thank God there are like 10 in a 2 mile area.

Do not get food here, They take too long and I used to work here and The manger named Janelle causes problems with a lot of customers even my own girlfriend for just looking at her back because Janelle was staring at her trying to cause a problem. She also used Sexual advantages to try and have me be friends with her. She wanted to fight multiple customers and when customers try to fight back she calls police and flips the story on them. She is also on her phone a lot and tells the other people to do her job. The owner Vick said he would rather keep her working here than me who has been a loyal worker for 3 years never causing problems unless Janelle started something.

Horrible experience. I was waiting for my food to be done for 15 minutes ! The manager seemed to just be on their phone . This store does not have good Service at all. I recommend going to another store !!
