My food was cold and the guy (Jonathan) that was our waiter has bad customer service. He had a bad attitude and Instead of finding a solution he said the food part wasn't his job then offer to put it in the microwave. I ordered an alambre Which should be on a hot plate and it was on a regular plate. My vegetables was not cooked. My meat was cold and my cheese was not melted.I couldn't eat it.

Got delivery from here today. Food was delicious. Everything was flavorful/seasoned. I ordered the Shrimp Enchiladas, guacamole & chips and Churros. First time having enchiladas, it was amazing. Guacamole was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. Churros are my favorite that I’ve only had in Mexico and their Churros were soooo good.

I called to order the boy who worked there today 1/26/2024 at 11:57am is VERY VERY RUDE. Told me my food was done when it’s not getting delivered for another 1hr and 30mins. Sorry I don’t think it’s appropriate to serve cold food. He hung up twice on me and when I asked him for the manger he told me that there isn’t one. This is unacceptable service. HORRIBLE. I come here all the time and I had NEVER had such a horrible experience.

I went here with my family today for my day off on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.First off, there wasn't much people because it started to snow, but atmosphere was nice and cozy. The bathroom was clean, and the service was very good.However, I have to rave about the food more than anything else, despite the service and atmosphere being great! The soup of the day was fabulous, and the meals my family ordered were great!We ordered the Burrito w/ extra barbacoa, two Shrimp Tacos, Fajita Al Pastor, and one Barbacoa taco! It was absolutely delicious and a great meal to finish my weekend with!My family all loved it! We will definitely be back to eat some more here! I recommend this place to anyone!Parking: There were plenty of parking spot the day we went. I don't know about other times, but it seems pretty spacious for most of the day.

Food is top notch, service is impacted by the fact that one person seems to be doing everything - he's very nice but limited in how attentive he can be. Atmosphere is very basic but festive. Everything is super clean. Highly recommend on the food alone but it's not a white tablecloth kind of experience if that's what you're looking for.
Wish there were more easy and inexpensive places like this around. I always get the chicken tinga tacos and they are an incredible amount of food for the price and are well seasoned. Point off as intermittently the meat can be dry.Very friendly staff!
