The food was so good and the service was amazing! Our server was Rudy and he was such a great server, both attentive and friendly. We also met Leo, who wasn’t our server but was extremely attentive, polite and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed such an amazing service! I highly recommend both of them.

A huge thank you to Leo at El Primo in Norristown! His exceptional service truly made our dining experience special. Leo was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed with a great attitude. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of. The food, as always, was delicious, but Leo’s outstanding hospitality made it even better. We appreciate his hard work and will definitely be back soon. Thank you, Leo!

Place is incredible, everyone was happy in a good mood. Food was awesome, and the salsa bar is insane. 20 different kinds of homemade salsas, pickled onions, grilled jalapeños and onions so good

I was highly impressed by the quality and freshness of the food, the speed, the service, it was all phenomenal. When my buddy invited us I assumed it was a small bodega with a little cafe in it. I was totally wrong, the market is huge and has so much to check out, and TONS of imported Mexican ingredients. the restaurant is spacious and has a cool atmosphere, the self serve salsa bar is my favorite, they had like 8 to choose from and they were all really good. I'm going to spend sooooo much money here, speaking of which, the prices were great. 8 people for dinner for under 150 is unheard of in 2024

I don’t know if eating in would have made the food better but don’t recommend for TO GO!!! I got 8 tacos, the flavor was just ok the tortillas were too thick for my liking and they didn’t come with anything extra. 99% of places around here offer a salsa verde, a red and usually either radishes or cucumbers on the side along with lime wedges, NOT HERE!!! I also got a platter of chicken enchiladas in a salsa verde, they were literally disgusting. One the chicken wasn’t even stuffed in the tortillas, the tortillas were laid in the base flat with the chicken and everything else slapped sloppily on top. The chicken didn’t even smelled like chicken my roommate literally walked into the apartment and thought someone had been sick from the horrible smell. It also tasted bitter, it went straight into the trash
Good place, but the prices are high and they also charge you for gratitude without prior notice, especially with the extra tip option, just read the receipt carefully

Terrible service, since I'm not white, no one helped me, I asked if I could have some tacos, that's when they helped me.

I went to go grab a bite at night after having a great day. Sadly that came to an end when my waitress was being rude and disrespectful since the moment i entered the restaurant portion. I really wish i loved the food, but i was disappointed when it was not up to my likings. The food was simply bland and the waitress thought she could give it flavor by giving me attitude, it didn’t work. When i asked for my check i was forced to wait 20 minutes with no results. I was disappointed when i had to walk up to counter to pay. Overall not very enjoyable 1 big boom. BOOM 💥

Absolutely beautiful and authentic Mexican food. Prices are very reasonable and the service is top noch. They have free veggies 😋 and fresh cucumber, relishe, and lemon water for all to enjoy.
Next door, they have an amazing store to buy great items, also a nice bakery to take home some yummy goodies.

I ordered a New York Strip 3/4 done and the flavor was very good, the meat was very juicy and rich.
I recommend it. Oh by the way, the girls who helped me were super friendly.

We had the worst serve, went for breakfast , they sat us down , waited 15mins to get drinks , that’s only because we called them over, the waiter and waitress where sitting in a booth just chatting away, mind you there was no one in the restaurant,
Ordered food , didn’t come check if we where good or needed anything, when done eating , waited again , we had to call the waiter over , because he was on phone, he was getting annoyed with us, ask for check , then we get check and I see they charge almost 6.00 dollars for water , what the heck and the other thing was , they put the tip in the check , I didn’t like that because service was horrible, and it says on menu charge tip for more than 5 people , it was just me and my husband . Save your money , go somewhere else .
