I went yesterday for my 1st time. A woman was called to go to the register and was so rude and unhelpful. I bought about 8-10 tamales and wanted a taco for my kid. She said that you can only buy 3 tacos not one. When the sign says 1 taco for $3. I also ask her what is raja, is that similar to elote? She says no! I go home and come find out, it is corn! ??♀️I'm talking perfect Spanish to her as well. She obviously wanted us to hurry or not be there. So I spent over $25 and drove 45 mins to come here and will never come back, thanks to her.Tamales quality: 4 out of 10.I am from Mexico.

I don't know if it deserves even half a star. On the contrary, they should pay you to consume their dishes that they invent with strange flavors because you try and try again and we don't know anything... and the tres leches cakes are from tres aguas from Casa de la Llave. and the business to make the perfect mixture of three milk-flavored waters and not put so much Cornstarch in the atoles because it looks like paste instead of atole. And they are hard because they make them on Wednesdays and sell them three weeks later saying that they are freshly made.....and there is more, this will continue....

Whoever answers the phone is Rude and I was hung up on. We ordered a cake from here last month and wanted to re order ...Forget it ...all because no one speaks English ??? I understand but that was just nasty and rude for our family to be a former customer .

We usually buy cakes for every birthday, but what happened to us was out of the ordinary. My Husband ordered a cake and they didn't have it the day he ordered it and so easily they told him that he either wanted the money or the cake whatever it was, so he opted to stop by for the cake a day later, when he stopped by he didn't even pick it up. They had it ready, they gave it a name that wasn't the right one, but anyway my husband still took it when we broke it I realized it was the MOST HORRIBLE CAKE!!! What I've ever tried in my life didn't taste like anything, supposedly it was 3 Leches but it seems like they only put plain milk on top and on top of that they didn't even put it properly in the middle it had peaches and it didn't taste like that, the bread was all dry the truth is I just threw it away, I wouldn't have paid even 10 dollars. I WON'T BUY ANY CAKE AT THAT PLACE AGAIN.

Food and service is excellent. I absolutely love the slice of tres leches chocoflan. Every time I put an order for a customized cake, they always make the cake promptly and beautifully. The employees are kind and the store owners are very professional.

Me entregaron un pastel de diferente decoración del la Que pedí, y no me dieron solución, era para mi sobrina de 6 años y me lo dieron para Niño, me dieron un precio y cuando lo fui a recoger me dieron otro, pésima resolución de un error que ellos cometieron, ya anteriormente le compre varios pasteles y siempre hay un detalle en los pasteles, pero lo dejo pasar pero ahorita creo que ellos debieron responder por su error. Perdieron un cliente frecuente.
