We did a tour & tasting which was guided by the owner and it was wonderful and very unique and personable! Lots of history within the historic firehouse building. And all the liquors were wonderful, I especially loved the blood orange liqueur and the Tuscan style gin.

The options range from the traditional whiskey and gin to some unique offerings such as the “Humane No. 1”. The combination of maple and butter pecan gives this rum such a unique taste.
