First time dining.. egg and cheese on rye with beef bacon. Upon inspecting before eating I noticed it was pork bacon. I specifically asked for beef bacon. She said they had beef bacon and turkey bacon. She showed me to turkey bacon I asked to inspect the beef bacon packaging. Unbeknownst to her it was pork I asked again do you have beef bacon she said yes we have turkey bacon and beef bacon and turkey sausage. As I was leaving I asked who is the manager. She replied to manager lives in New Jersey. As I exited I asked her again do you have beef bacon she then said no beef bacon just pork and turkey. Wow

I love frais cafe the food is awesome and delicious for me ( Khalid ) it’s more better than other fast food restaurants and it’s healthy and delicious in the same time and the chicken is amazing and tasty I recommended that store for the best quality of food and the deli is tasty

Vegetarians, hearken unto me!!! Frais serves THEE killa-dilla vegan falafel burger!!! From their panini press to God’s ear, Sheena and her crew are efficient, warm and caring. Chipotle mayo, jalapenos, plus other trimmings, on warm whole wheat bread. Crazy yummy goodness!! I grabbed a choco chip cookie for dessert... tasted like it floated down from the heavens!! What a fantastic find on the first floor of One Montgomery Plaza, directly across from the courthouse in the heart of Norristown. No, you DON’T have to pass thru security to enter! It’s a deli as well, with pretty anything you’re craving. Super highly recommended!
