Had dinner here on a week day and the service was poor. The waitress, I believe her name is Nevaeh or something, absolutely seems to hate her job. Yes, she appeared busy, and we didn't try to rush her. But at the end, when we requested to make some leftovers to go, she said, "I don't have time for this, take it in the front". Not to forget, my kids first ice cream had an insect in it as seen in the attached pictures. There were no apologies. Just, "okay, will get a new one". Not a single smile was noted and it appears that this job tortures her. So, I guess, we will make it easier for her by avoiding this place in the future!

When we first entered, no one was around to meet us. When we looked around the counter, there was a female staff member. We asked if we needed to wait to be seated or if we could go inside. She impolitely, stated that the sign says 'Wait to be Seated.' We looked around, but there was no sign. The staff member was a bit disrespectful even when we were asking questions from the menu, she just kept saying to just look at the menu, which we were. I thought when someone asks a question, it is not unreasonable to just have someone answer without being a smarta$$.

I do miss their grilled cheese burger a lot. (I don't remember what it was called, but not seeing it on the menu did make me change my mind out eating there a few times. I used to always have one with my mom whenever we went to a friendly's or ordered from them before she passed. So afterward, when i had one, I would always feel like I was having dinner with her again in a weird way. So I had to build up to going back. It felt like I lost something I could hold onto.) I was with a friend this time and we had a great time. The philly cheesesteak sandwich was to die for, the waffle fries Devine, and my strawberry shortcake sundae was just the best. They were wonderful. I probably would have e given 5 if the whole time I didn't feel like I lost another little part of what I held onto. That isn’t their fault. Even writing this review, I am crying like I just lost her. Greif is strange. Probably overshared, so TLDR:everyone is awesome. Food is delightful, tiny, and slow but not unforgivably so and one reviewer might need therapy.
Dietary restrictions: I ha e a greatdeal of allergies and sensitivities and they mades and took it very seriously
Wheelchair accessibility: Used to eat here with my brother before he passed and never had a problem with his electric wheelchair they would always find a ta le and mo e things around so he could eat there

This place was dead. One other group when we got there. Servers wearing shower shoes (crocs) which used to be against FDA rules. Overpriced as we got two burgers and two sundaes and somehow paid over 50.00.
They were busy but were able to take care of us well. Food and service were good.

Everytime I needed something I had to track down the waitress. Got the wrong check, and again after tracking her down got the correct check. Was overcharged and again had to track her down. Not once did she stop at our table to see how we were doing or for refills. Very disappointing service.

I ordered 2 large hot fudge sundaes I got 1 large and 1 small it took over an hour and a half for my food to get delivered to me the delivery driver took entirely to dam long I will never order anything from this establishment again what a disappointment

I have ordered door dash from here a couple of times and I ordered a PB cup sundae. It’s expensive as it is but I Paid $3 for extra topping and Mike the manager said that means 1 pump. He does not care about making his customers happy. I will never order from here again. Thanks for being so stingy Mike, you just lost me as a loyal customer. And don’t complain that only pisses Mike the manager off!!!!
UPDATE: the ice cream sundae I received tonight was the best I’ve ever had! My Supermelt and fries were cold though.
