Today the drive thru computer was down so me and about 40 other customers waited in the restaurant for about 30+ minutes at least. I’m sure there was honestly nothing the staff could do and they were doing their absolute best. They rushed me out the door when I finally spoke up and let them know I was now late for something. Not sure if or how it was ever resolved, but 5 stars for those very kind and very stressed out staff members

First off got charged 33.00 dollars for 7 triple cheese burgers with only cheese,extra onion and mustard. Yooo how hard is that? I really think that they do that on purpose. There's no onions and it's drowned in ketchup. I'm allergic to ketchup. How am I supposed to eat . It's mind boggling that it can never be done right.

The customer service was outstanding!! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by employees who obviously cared about making our experience positive. The employees were teenagers/young adults. We were so touched by the experience that we shared this with the manager. It's unusual to see hardworking teenagers/young adults with such a strong work ethic!! I was visiting from North Carolina. It added another positive experience to my trip!! Keep up the good work!!!
