This place used to be OK but is now HORRIBLE. The quality of the food is unusually bad.
No consistency how is prepared.
This keeps happening at this location. If you're low on ingredients, please just cancel the order. The sandwich I received barely had any chicken—just sauce, tomato, and a bit of cheese. Charging $12 for that is really disappointing.
Very nice staff! Had no idea the soup started at 10am. Can we get that started earlier Panera. I myself love soup for breakfast!

Ordered bagels for our morning breakfast. This is how the bagels were cut. Usually they are put in individual sleeves but they were all thrown in the bag. On top of everything, I didn’t even receive the right cream cheese. Ridiculous. How hard is it to get a freaking bagel order right.
