Panera Bread

Less than half my salad is full. I have 3 bites in it. And this is supposed to be a half salad. Tell me why the dressing was taking up a third of what my salad was. Also the bread for the sandwich is sogg and the Mac and cheese was SO bland and barely any cheese?

Listen. It's Panera. Yes, there will be crumbs on your table and chair. Yes, you might notice that the weird sauce smears on the ordering screens have been there for three weeks. Yes, the food might not be hot when it comes out to you. Yes, the plate might look suspiciously greasy for holding a cold cut sandwich. Yes, there may be kids kicking the booth seats and making the whole row shake.
But we go there literally every week. They let us bring in bubble tea from next door. They let us sit there as long as we want building Legos or whatever harmless shenanigans. The build your own combo is still perfect for people who can't make decisions. It's usually a wholesome and tolerant group of people there. And the chili is back.

Their food is always wet when you take it out of its packaging. This morning I ordered a sausage egg & cheese croissant sandwich. It was literally wet & didn't even have sausage. It was just egg and bread.

The last two time I have ordered food from this location, the quality has not been up to the standard I have come to expect from Panera. It seems as though the quality of the food has taken a back seat to the promotions they are running of 'a new era at panera' . Both times, the chicken both in salads and on sandwiches has been gelatinous and not a chicken texture or flavor, as well as being insanely salty and overall very unpleasant. I find myself going to other places when I am wanting a salad or sandwich for lunch because the food I've gotten from Panera has been so lacking in quality. I should note that I cannot speak to this being a problem with this location, or an overall change made by the company that is making the food so bad, but for now I will be going elsewhere.

On the positive side, the service has always been great and the restaurant itself is always clean.
