Papa Guido's Pizzeria & Beer

I ordered a small sandwich and they sent me a large I call them back and he tells me it will take 5 days to to get my money back because I paid with a card when he clearly heard me say I want a small stromboli I do not recommend them this is not the first time they did this

The steak & cheese and pepperoni rolls are to die for !! There is also a side of marinara sauce for each roll . Portion is generous . I mean so so tasty . Staff is friendly and so helpful. The value for the money and food is spectacular. I always do take out but they do offer delivery.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Starting with the customer service, Ubaldo took my order by phone and didn’t rush me and explained everything kindly. We picked up the order and the staff was very pleasant and I enjoyed conversations with them. The place was clean and like any other pizza place I’ve been to. The food was delicious and prepared exactly how I requested. Thank you for your service! Everything was great!

Don’t order from here! Waited an hour and a half for a small Stromboli. The people that answer the phone didn’t want to fix the problem. We called 3 times. Then tried to tell the driver to take our food back because I got upset and called her something I should not of but damn we live two blocks from them. We ordered at 9:40 and got it at 11:04

I been coming to Papa Guido’s for years I really like this place especially the pizza and mega fries and the cheeseburgers a really good too also their customer service is always great very respectful when asking questions. Thank you I appreciate great service.

I ordered chicken platter and beer the man on the phone was rude and when giving my info he put me on hold 4 times and my order took 1:30 somebody needs to wake up
