Not sure if they have new employees or they just need to be retrained. 3 x i have ordered from there and was told it would be ready. Each time I went in and nope, nothing. No ordered received. And this was a phone order, so it was confirmed. Never will I return.

Girl who took my order was very rude. We ordered 2 pizzas. One was fine the other was over cooked.

I've never been satisfied with this pizza. I figured I'd try one more time it's close to the house. I was wrong.

Dazed and Confused we need not really say much more than that comment honestly.

Ordered pizza go to pick up can't tell me if it's ready if it's in the oven he has no clue wherelol

I can obviously see it's nowhere to be found and he decides to deal with someone else first instead of answering my question.

Walked out never to come back again better pizza at the cage for sure

Something has changed since my last visit. The bread was burnt. The Men's Restroom was dirty can't comment on the Ladies' rooms. Can only they be the same? Restrooms are a reflection of ownership. Makes you wonder if the kitchen is the same way.

Dinners are always plentiful and served hot. Lots of pasta and sauce options that go with most Italian dishes, plus a choice of soup or salad. Service is consistently quick and friendly.

We enjoy their dinners and It's my lunch spot every Friday for pizza. Never had a bad meal.

Travelling here to Philly from Canada. Just happened on this wonderful little Italian restaurant and it was fabulous, made our trip! Food was delicious and so well served! Met Tony, the owner who was from Napoli.
Great experience, if you like good food try Paradise Pizza!

hands down, Paradise Pizza should be a 5 star rated restaurant. They have amazing pies with perfect balance between ingredients. I highly recommend their grandma's slice, plain, and more - like their white pizza! They offer fountain and bottled beverages and they are BYOB! They accept reservations and walk-ins. They are ada compliant and exist on one level. They do not deliver. They do accept card and cash. definitely make sure to try them out. Their staff is friend and their menu is delicious.

Haven't got food from here in years and we got a large cheese pizza. I remember this place having some of the best pizza around. Not anymore IMO. It was some of the worst pizza I have ever had. All you taste is the funky sauce. The cheese and crust have zero flavor. So disappointed.

Prices are insane, they also don't itemize receipts or even show prices on their website. $8.25 for fried mushrooms, $20 for a one topping pizza, etc. As someone who supported this place through quarantine I am severly dissapointed in the route they've taken.

Good food. Nice that a pizzeria has this many options. Comfortable inside dining.

Ordered spaghetti and meat sauce. There was little flavor and very little sauce and meat. So disappointed because the food normally delicious. Waste of time and money

I purchased Shrimp Scampy, a roast pork sandwich & an appetizer of calamari. It cost $52.75 with tax. Ridiculous price for 6 shrimp, maybe 10 calamari rings & a hot sandwich. We will never order from them again.
