Super disappointed in the quality. I ordered a rivet box and rivet shaker and the rivet box was filled with ROCK HARD rivets. The shaker were just made and fresh. By the time I saw I was already back home. I expect a SOFT pretzel when that's what I'm ordering. Never will go back to this location again.

Most annoying pretzel store to ever deal with. Josh is handling customer service issues very poorly, his boss he said was soooooo busy (seriously) but they close at 3pm and not even 24/7 store hours. obviously they does not help the situation but instead aggravating to the most extent.. still unresolved issue up to today..

Great business, with a great owner that has been a staple of Main Street for over a decade.
I came in around 11:30pm. I ordered 2 hot dogs and a pepperoni pretzel. This is what they gave me... this looks like it had been sitting for over a week. The dough is greasy and the hot dog has no juice left in it. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful I'm probably going to get food poisoning from already eating the pepperoni pretzel on the way home.
