Takes them forever to service guests, and it’s always about 4-5 people behind the counter….no sense of urgency and everyone is moving at a snails pace holding conversations ☹️ I’ve tried to give them time to improve before I wrote a review but that doesn’t seem to be happening.
The water ice was phenomenal everything was phenomenal except for the homeless man outside coughing covid-19 on everybody I'm not against homeless but I just want to get a water ice without the vid being coughed at me
This location has a decent selection of flavors available. Staff is efficient and friendly. If using the rewards app be prepared to ask for the QR code to scan as it is not kept visible. Have your device ready because there will usually be someone in line behind you! Free parking is available immediately adjacent to the store.
