Can't say enough about Rita's shops every were . They make summer vacation worth the time off from work. My hole family loves water ice along with the pets.
Wheelchair accessibility: Windows in front caters to every one, wheel chair ,bikes .etc. Point to picture to express what you want they got you?

I ordered two large gelati and I specified that I wanted it blended. The cashier did not understand what I ordered and gave me an Italian ice with gelato on top. When we asked them to remake the drink because it was wrongly made, They remade the drink, and then proceeded to charge us for the remade drink. We ended up having to pay twice, because they made a mistake. This is really bad service, and we are never going back to this Rita’s.

It was my second visit to Rita’s and another blue raspberry vanilla Gelati. It was so good I went back today for just a straight vanilla custard. Both were delicious. Can’t wait for my next trip back.
I was there at 4:15pm in the afternoon. I’m handicap and I called and asked if they can deliver to my car. I was parked right in front of the window and there were no other customers there at the time. I was told no that they were not allowed to deliver to my car. I am severely handicapped. Only reason The only reason why I gave one star was because they answered the phone.
