I’m not coming back here. This is the second time they disappointed me the first time I didn’t leave any reviews. I did an online order for pick up and when I got there, everything I had was cold. I work in the food business. It was late the first time so I just took it as a loss now this time I come here and I’m trying to ask what’s the difference between The beef hotdog and a quarter long are they both beef first and foremost the person who was taking honor came through the speaker very rudely I said give me a second. I waited then when I asked him about the quarter he just stopped talking that I’m trying to figure out did you hear me or not and then he asked me so do you want to buy the cord and I’m like never mind because I already asked you the question is it or not is either yes or no and have no problem waiting for you to get the answer but they weren’t interested. I love sonic this is the closest one to me, but I guess I have to go to Delaware County or Jersey to get good service if they don’t like their jobs then shut the store now.

I don’t think the curbside delivery functions. This site is low staff. HOWEVER customer service is good and my food always comes out perfect. Worth the patience

Ordered online mobile pick up driveway didn’t work. Went through the drive thru sat behind a car that was there for 20 minutes at the pickup window screaming and demanding things. Got out of my car showed the associate my pick up order, he seemed like he had no clue what to do 15 mins later brings me my order, I get Back in my car that is still behind the dude going crazy in front of me at the pick up window. Hands down this place does not have it together, poorly managed and needs to close down. Other places are thriving give the spot to someone else!

Idk if it's just an issue when I door dash it, but I don't have this issue with ANY other place I order, I stopped ordering from here because I'm tired of either not getting my food, or getting someone else's order, or getting random crap I never even ordered. I ordered a slushy once, got a coke, ordered a burger once, got nuggets and a flat soda. Their drinks are great. But I'm too scared of losing more money to them by ordering them.

I absolutely HATE this sonic. They used to be great a year ago but for the past few months they just don’t answer the speaker. and if you do a mobile order they complete it and don’t bring it out. I had an instance where they didn’t have something I ordered and instead of asking what we wanted instead as anyone else would, they just didn’t give it to us and said nothing hoping we wouldn’t notice. Coming here is a waste of time and money.

That pretzel speaks for itself! But hear me out sonic burgers are pretty good. They can be hit or miss sometimes. But let me tell you I don't know what they putting in the drinks but between the large milkshakes and just the variety of beverages, the drink shop has me in a chokehold.

This location has never been the same since they reopened. Every single time I've gone to the drive through, they're super backed up and people just start driving away without their food. It's a shame.

They are either horribly under staffed or incompetent. Waited well over 10 mins at an empty drive thru and twice had to ask if anyone was there with an answer each time “I’ll be with u in a minute”. I ended up leaving since it no longer fast food when u wait that long. I would save urself the headache and go to a different better run establishment.

Yesterday I wanted to try the new smash burger. I was excited to try it out and when I opened it, it really looked disappointing. Plus the chicken wrap looked and tasted disappointing also. With that said I’ve made up my mind not to ever go to Sonic again and will delete my account & app off my phone. My wife told me you look sad eating that burger & she was right because I couldn’t even finish it. I can’t recommend this place for a quick bite anymore.
