The weekend crew is usually great but the weekday crew is terrible. They can’t make any drink on the menu. The woman who runs the drive through is totally unfit to work the job. She is impossibly slow. You tell her what you want and she will repeat it back to you wrong, and forget about ordering multiple items. If you order three things, expect to get one of them right. If you tell her about the simple mistake she will not correct it easily and will tell you that “this is what you asked for”. She would be better suited in a different position. And they need someone who can actually make their drinks. The blue bell location is much better when you don’t have someone smothering your drink with their perfume.

Horrible customer service!! No greetings, I stood at the register for 5 minutes before anyone said anything! I ordered a Caramel frappé it look and tasted like Milk and ice!

The baristas are so sweet! Yesterday my boyfriend came in and asked them to write “will you be my valentine” on my cup and they went 100% above and beyond decorating the whole cup🥹💞! They made this very memorable and special for the 2 of us. It made my whole day! 10/10 service every time we come here🙏🏽Thank you!

I haven't gone in yet but it was absurdly difficult to get in the parking lot for my first time here, they need some signage as there are a few ways that look like they let you in but only one way that is not obvious
