Awesome staff here! I dropped my wallet getting in my car and took 20 minutes to realize and head back. One of the girls found it and took it inside, the staff held it for me, also great coffee. ? Best starbucks around.

They relocated from 28 E Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401 in the same shopping center different locations. Same staff, Rude, unprofessional, and poorly made drinks, and no care in the world for cleanliness. I highly recommend corporate to reevaluate who is managing this location if they ran the other location into the ground and push customers to travel to Plymouth meeting and surrounding areas Starbucks, you can imagine it will happen here too.
I like the fact that this Starbucks has a drive through. Friendly staff as well.

I come here all the time, and today when I came in there was a new lady at the counter. I felt like I was being rushed by her. I was waiting to pull up the Wi-Fi on my app which was taking a little bit of time, and she then asked me two more times if I was ready for me to step aside to take the guy in back of me. I didn't know he was waiting in back of me, so I had apologized. I just feel like she was rushing me this morning & I didn't appreciate that!
