The sandwiches they make here are very good. They follow my instructions and always do it the way I want. The meat and veggies are fresh as usual. Last but not the least cookies are always baked fresh and they never disappoint.

I ordered the cookies they have up front I bought one of each flavor and they were all very good (macadamia nut, raspberry and white chocolate and chocolate chip)?Kid-friendliness: This is located inside Walmart and usually before I go shopping I take my kids here to grab something before we go shopping ?

They still have precut meat sitting in the container open. So what they promote on slicing as they make is false at least at this location. So I stop going

I ordered off the app for delivery. I put on my order TWICE that I wanted it toasted (picture). Then it came ice cold and looked like this (picture). I called in and had to explain 3 times what was going on and kept getting “that order was done already.” I finally got a guy who then stated he had “toasted it extra himself.” Does that look toasted? It was ice cold and the cheese isn’t melted. He then tried to tell me I had to drive all the way to the store to get a refund, so I informed him that I had worked for subway for years and that he could do it without me being there. I don’t understand what’s so difficult about following simple instructions that I made very clear. Don’t order from this subway.

Worker made my sandwich without saying a word to anyone at all. I don't expect incredible customer service from a walmart subway, but I don't think "Hello. Your total is ___, have a nice day" and a fake smile is a very high bar to clear, but I'm deprived of even that luxury.He also took very long to make my sandwich, which I can respect if he was giving an effort, but a lazy canter and half full hands do not give me the impression my time and money was worth his time and pay.

My sub is flat. They are cheap on the toppings. Never going back here. I'll take a trip to king of prussia because they'll make the sub perfect as always.

Totally unprofessional attitude from the staff. Often ignore the customization in the sandwich as mentioned during order placement. It seems that only when they get a wrong feedback, they try looking into order particulars for next order upon drawing attention to the last glitch. Placed an order today at 3pm, the order was randomly cancelled. Got an automated message in email saying that if I hadn't cancelled the order then I should contact the sub location where the order was placed. I did with no help from them and no ownership of the cancelled order. Pinned it to the system. The topping on the cake my money was deducted from my gift card for a cancelled order. Only upon calling again and talking to Mr. Patel at the location, the order was even pinned as voided. Initially, not only was the order cancelled but my money was also deduced. The talk at least help mark the order as voided. Still waiting for my GC and my credit card to be credited back for the deducted amount.
