I arrived at Tacoo Bell in 2722 Dekalb Pike Norristown Pennsylvania 19401 at 7 pm and waiting for my order almost 25 minutes and still waiting. Bunch of employees back there and I'm still waiting. I walked out and I will never ever come back and order from this location. They need better employees here. I lost my time to eat and go back to work. No wonder why Taco Bell losing customers.

Garbage. Absolutely garbage. They screwed up 99% of my order. My food was freezing. I picked up and live less than 5 minutes away. Started by asking if I'm paying by card or cash just to follow up with cards aren't working. Then why ask?? Just lead with that. I ordered extras like onion and didn't get it. Asked for regular tacos, they ALL had sour cream. My nacho gordita wasn't nacho. It wasn't busy, at all. I'm a server for a living and this is completely unacceptable.

Food is good but they frequently forget order items
Vegetarian options: Every item with meat can be removed. They do have an option of pico de gallo which removes the dairy items and replaces them with tomato, onions, and peppers.
Parking: Easy parking and plenty of parking spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: Big bathroom stall. Have seats dedicated to wheelchair folk right next to the drink station. Doors big enough to fit wheelchair through on door instead of having to open both.
