I just walked to the store today to look for something and I found that Palestinian date and I smell something nice and I love pizza and I love the service from the man he make the pizza I forget his name but his name is Superman. Great pizza, friendly staff

First of all meat quality is good.

But that is the only GOOD they have. The staffs are not good on their responsibilities.
1. I pre ordered the halal meats through WhatsApp to their contact number provided in the website, but there is no acknowledgement from their side. They don't even attend the calls.
2. I ordered meat on Friday evening and telling them that I will pickup by Saturday morning. I even tried calling them Saturday morning but no response from their side.
3. When I go there, they said that they haven't received my orders. I showed them the message I sent to them on WhatsApp, but none of the guys there have no idea about who received the message.
4. Finally they ask to order right away and make me wait for more than 3 hours at their shop. (Reached there by 11:15AM and got the meat by 2:00PM). They told me that the order will be ready by 1 hour but they took 3 hours
5. When I finally got the meats, they have misplaced the orders (Instead of beef, they give me mutton). Also, I ask for 4lb of mutton, but they give 4.5lb. Same with other orders too.

My final request to Taza bazaar, Try to be friendly and honest with your customers, you guys will reach more heights.

The store is overloaded with products, alot expired. The frozen stuff is in warped packaging like it was defrosted and refrozen. The butcher fresh meat prices are good. But the staff is so mean. Its stressful to go here, which is a shame. The restaurant food is really good..but again...everyone working here is so rude and mean.

I will change my review to five star once the owner reads this message and acknowledges it. The food cooked can be made better. Having worked in the industry here is my sincere advice:
1. For any goat curries, please stop using a big and old goat. It gives a very bad flavour and taste.
2. Spice levels need to be consistent. There is way too much inconsistency as randomly and inexperienced people are cooking.
3. Tandoori legs are given overcooked many a times. - very inconsistent spice levels.
4. The staff at meat shop is extremely rude. I have sent my friends to buy meat, when they called and asked them the price while they were on their way, they said we won’t tell the price on phone. This pissed them off and they never went there as they said this was extremely weird and something felt off.
5. Please don’t expect people to tip, desi people just won’t. Now they ask for tip for picking up food. Come on, are yous serious? Everyone knows how bad tipping culture has become in the US
6. The kebabs do not taste good. They lack flavour and are very very spicy.
I have tried pretty much all of your food in the last six years and I will continue to come there. It is my go to spot.
However, this leads to one conclusion. Whatever they are cooking and whoever cooks whatsoever, needs to take some basic training even if it’s through YouTube on how to cook better and consistent. You will definitely see more people come this place much often. Good luck!

Friendly staff, BEST butter chicken and BEST garlic naan (which is monstrous)!!! The chicken tikka pizza… is the gem of Pennsylvania. The prices are affordable and the food portions are epic. Come and get it!
