This is a failed grocery store with poor quality food items and costly meat. They opened another restaurant nearby too, named it second wife then renamed it Taqwa. That's also a disaster. No one is interested in that too, it's near Wawa on the same road.
Now, they only try to make money by selling poor quality food to Islamic Society in Devon and Khair Community. Many people don't realize it, but they are paying for unhealthy food.
