The manager apparently has no clue how to run a bloody fast food restaurant.. 3x in a row now Ive been and this place and it's out of something on the menu. Regardless of what time you go.

Strange thing about Wendy's on Trooper Rd. For some odd reason, when it comes to the Dave's Single burger, they purposely cheat people out of their money. I shall explain. I have been going to Wendy's for decades and I am well versed about their menu. The Dave's Single burger GETS 2 slices of cheese. One on the bottom bun beneath the beef, and one on top of the beef. You don't have to believe me, just look at ANY picture of Dave's Single burger. At this store, they purposely only give you one slice on top of the burger. But now it gets better. Having my receipt, I contact the corporate office to file a complaint. Corporate gives me the phone number to the restaurant after I tell them the problem. Now I am supposed to do the job of the Wendy's Corporate office as well as get cheated from this particular restaurant. ANY Wendy's employee knows that Dave's Single gets 2 slices of cheese. This is very deliberate on the stores part. Any other Wendy's I order this burger from prepares it correctly. The corporate office NEEDS to do their job and correct this, for the customers sake. I advise all customers to CHECK your food before driving off. You don't want to find out something is not correct after you get home. Wendy's 590 S Trooper Rd. "DO BETTER". I am watching and will keep you on blast until you do right by us, the paying customers.

If I could give them a ZERO I would!! I have NEVER been to a location that’s seems to PURPOSEFULLY/KNOWINGLY hand out NASTY FOOD! I feel ROBBED! I ordered the Asiago Chicken sandwich, the chicken was dry (overcooked) and the LITTLE BIT of bacon they put on the sandwich was burned😡 had one piece of lettuce and FORGOT THE TOMATO! WHOEVER MADE RHIS SANDWICH KNOW IT WAS NASTY AND WRONG! THIS LOCATION MUST GIVE BAD FOOD ALL THE TIME BECAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE!

Lady at the window definitely had sarcasm in her voice. First time using their app had a complication and the woman looked at me like I was annoying her by her answering the questions. Asked for a plain burger double-checked at the window to find out that it wasn't actually plain and no seasoning even though I specifically asked for that and then talked to me like I was in the wrong even though I asked for absolutely nothing on the burger just to meat patty cooked.

Accidentally gave cashier 9 dollars in cash instead of 10 for 9.73 order and he was cool enough to pick up balance instead of making me run out to my car. Rare courtesy these days.
