I visited this Wendy’s around 1 PM on Sunday for a quick lunch and placed a mobile order for two kids’ meals, two regular meals, and one chili. When we picked it up, one kids’ meal and the chili were missing. We were dining in, sitting right in front of the counter, so I went up and mentioned it. Instead of apologizing, the staff said, “I saw our employee put it in, but I’ll just give it to you.” — which came off as quite rude. Mistakes happen, but the attitude really matters. On top of that, some of the customized items and paid add-ons were missing too. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I just let it go, but this experience was really disappointing. I hope they can work on better attention to orders and customer service.

Ordered a Dave's double plain, got a double with so much ketchup and mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato & onion, the roll was soggy and the sandwich fell apart when you tried to pick it up. When I said something I was told that how they are made.

The restaurant was really dirty and there was a homeless person in the back of the restaurant just sitting there. None of the tables were clean and the walls and floor were dirty as well. Needs a good cleaning.

Picked up an order. Went home and found out 1/3 of the order was missing (fish sandwich and fries). Called the store number and could not get through because mailbox was full. I guess will have to eat the loss.
