Ordered a gluten free crust pizza on the app. Employee called to tell me they were out of gluten free crust, so I requested a refund. He said he would call his manager and have it taken care of. One week later & I still haven’t gotten my refund. Bunch of crooks! Do not recommend!
the worst customer service
We placed our order online. A single large pepperoni pizza for my kids to eat. We ordered the food 2 hours ago and we are still waiting for it to be delivered. Its now 10:30 PM and my 7 year old and my toddler son are crying waiting to eat. Our hotel is 5 min from the store. This is unacceptable
