First time having Penn State ice cream and WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?! This is a must-visit ice cream shop. Pairing Might Fine’s with this ice cream is something I didn’t think was attainable for us mortals.
A cheery metal rooster, a low stone wall and bright tables to sit at. The serving line was long, but moved quickly enough.
Ice cream was fresh, nice texture and appropriate sized portion. Yummy!

The people there are nice :) especially the guy in the pink hat that took our orders he was nice :) and the peanut butter cup ice cream is so delicious ❤️ I would love to come back there sometime
