Jersey Mike's Subs

This location was very good, but as of recently the service itself is depleting. I've ordered the same item the past few times and consecutively they had messed up the sandwich one way or another. This last time I asked for a little of 2 condiments plus Mike's way, they only put on 1 and asked again for Mike's way ingredients (which is fine to double check) but never added the 2nd condiment. I asked if they added it, they caught themselves but then proceeded to add a different condiment i did not ask for.
This type of service is what I've been experiencing consistently as of late. People are still friendly, and the place is still clean. 👍

Extremely slow service! No hussle in the way they move. No reply needed. Yinz know the issue, just fix it

Specificity asked for no peppers they werent busy at all and literally no one in the store and can’t listen to one simple instruction I’ve also ordered online several times and same thing can’t listen to simple instructions it’s not hard to make a sandwich and look at a screen or receipt and read what it does and doesn’t have on it litteraly more then half the sandwich had peppers on it

I waited around 45 minutes after my order was due and there still was no order. No one seemed to be in a hurry to make any orders. Simply put the $19 that I lost, is nothing compared to my 45 minutes. The easy solution here is to never ever go back to any Jersey Mike's.

Wasn't greeted at all. Had to wait a few minutes to order. There wasn't a line, but I guess the girl who took orders was in the bathroom? Other people were there who could have said SOMETHING, but I don't know, I didn't exist I guess? I ordered my sandwich, paid, got my drink and chips and wanted to sit down. Nasty chips and grease on every table. I had to interrupt the employee chit chat to ask if I could get the tables cleaned before I sat down. My sandwich when done, wasn't put in a bag, just barely wrapped and slid across the counter at me. It came as ordered with bacon, onions, and peppers, but they weren't cooked properly. Like chewing on rubber. I would have said something, but I don't think those kids talking up a storm would even care.

I used to order delivery all the time. They get your order wrong if you add special order instructions . Do not waste your time!! Not anymore. The delivery fee is over the top then you have to tip the driver as well. May as well get in my car to drive the 1/4 mile and use the extra money towards another sub. Disappointing. I haven't used my app, although I have rewards for free food but what's the point of "free" if I have to fork over delivery fee money and tip??? Greedy!! Even Panera and chipotle offer $1.00 delivery fee!!

I've been eating at Jersey Mike's for 25 years, and it just as good across the board now as it was then.

I've given this place multiple attempts to improve. The team is not being managed appropriately and so food prep is just chaotic. Each time I've come, my online order from 15 min ago is completed AFTER the people I'm watching walk in. Food is great. Service needs a manager.

Does not pay attention to mobile orders at all. Don't want something on your sandwich? Too bad. They aren't reading it. It's Mike's Way all the way whether you want it or not. It's not complicated to remove 2 ingredients on a ingredient sandwich. But it's apparently too much for them to manage. Other locations do not have this problem.

Walked in at 815pm. or so. girl immediately exclaimed to her co workers, we are never getting out of here till midnight. While pleasant to us, she made similar comments as each customer came inside, well before closing. Food was good, but not great. Didn't think they used the same level of caution preparing a gf item for my Celiac son, that other Jersey Mikes do. Simply not your best store and certainly not the atmosphere of jersey mikes we've been to. comments

Dietary restrictions: Precautions for dietary restrictions not as obvious as other Jersey Mikes. We choose Jersey Mikes because of their safe corporate policies regarding GF for our celiac son. This store was not following what we know to be policy in preparation. Some retraining is in order
