Salsa Sam's Eatery

Food was INCREDIBLE. Sam and his daughter were so unbelievably nice and accommodating. I truly am blown away by the quality of ingredients and the complexity of each dish. The amount of food you're given for what you pay is maybe the best in the area. The vibe is colorful and chill. The only thing I'm disappointed in is waiting this long to try this place. Will definitely return.

We used Salsa Sam's for our wedding rehearsal food and had an absolutely fantastic experience. We got the shrimp, fried fish, and steak tacos, and all were amazing. The fried fish was definitely the favorite, it was very crispy and just the right amount of spice. Sam was easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything just right. All the catering necessities were provided and delivered and set up perfectly. The whole process was smooth and flexible for our needs. I would definitely recommend Salsa Sam's for anyone who needs food catered for a large get together!

Such a great hidden spot! The owner and his family were so down-to-earth and welcoming. The decor was bright and eclectic, which made the place feel extra fun. The food was outstanding — the fish tacos were next level, and the elote was packed with flavor. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving something local and delicious! Everyone was having fun. Such a good atmosphere. Overall, a really cool experience.

The food and service are always awesome- hands down best queso I’ve had! The atmosphere is so cool- his wife did all the decorating! And to top off the great food they are also just such good people, Salsa Sam and his Salsa Son are always so kind. One time I wandered in when they closed and cleaning up after a catering job and Salsa Sam felt so bad he didn’t have any salsa for me to purchase he gave me a bowl of ice cream on the house. This lovely human who had been working a catering job all day long, has this street urchin stroll in right past a sign saying they’re closed I might add and his gut response is to give that person pumpkin pie ice cream. What a treasure.

We've been going here for several years (since before they moved location) and it has remained one of our all time favorites. I have never had a less than 5/5 experience with both food and service. Friendliest people and I appreciate that they have continued to offer amazing vegetarian and vegan options! Thank you Sam and gang!

Unique spot with a chill socal west coast vibe, salsa was phenomenal and very fresh.

Chicken fell apart with every bite and was juicy, steak was flavorful and tender, the shrimp was our favorite though! Each taco had its own unique flavor profile beyond the differences in protein. We will be back to explore more of the menu!

Stopped by the building for a wedding and grabbed food here instead of the wedding. Awesome service, great people running the place and their food speaks for itself. Top notch place with a sweet atmosphere. Need something better than banquet food or some quality tacos totally recommend.

Some seriously gourmet stuff. I’ve been before, and liked their food, but this time I tried the traditional taco, and was blown away. No other word than WOW, I mean it was probably the best taco I’ve had in town!

This is not only the best Vegan-friendly restaurant in Westmoreland county…it’s also just the best restaurant around! Rest assured you will feel very good about supporting Sam. They couldn’t be nicer! Don’t think twice…just go there. Now :)
