I’ve always liked going to this Starbucks, it’s so convenient! The employees are always friendly and even when they are busy, they still keep a quick pace! I love looking at all the pretty cups they have for sale while I wait! My favorite cup I own from Starbucks is the Pennsylvania themed one (which I included a picture of)! They also have nice gift card designs as well, I got one with a cute penguin on it as a Christmas gift for a friend!

First time ordering a specialty drink from this location and the quality was beyond subpar.Ordered an iced green tea matcha which they misinterpreted as hot. We informed them and they were polite enough and changed to iced but did seem annoyed.Upon getting our drinks, the matcha was pretty much a glass of milk with no green tea. I don't mind paying a premium for a drink but if we wanted a glass of milk we would have gone to giant eagle and picked up a gallon for the same price.

I miss the old baristas here but the new girls are nice and do a good job.
We were there 5 minutes before they closed and the girls inside saw us but didn’t even acknowledge us. That is poor service and false advertising.

Best Starbucks ever. I went to the one across 30 and they made me the wrong drink, and wouldn't refund me or switch it out. So I came here, and (I wish I got his name) the guy gave me the right drink, and didn't even charge me. He was so nice. Thanks so much for treating your customers great! :)

My little daughter slipped and hit her head on something. The cashier was very kind, and gave her a free Icee, & a bag of ice for her head.
