I ordered my regular chicken bacon ranch sub, and the young man that was waiting on me through a temper tantrum bc he made my sub without asking me whether or not I wanted it toasted. I always get the meat heated but not toasted. I could not see what he was doing through the window bc of some sign that was on the glass. He stomped into the backroom, and then came out again with a bad attitude. Very unprofessional and extremely immature. However, there was a girl there that was extremely nice and did a great job. The sub was fine, but the service behind the counter on his part was terrible.

the old lady there yelled at my 18month old to stay away from the emergency exit door. not only is my daughter too short to even reach it but i was right there watching her. i get she just wants to make sure she doesn’t open it but don’t ever yell at someone else’s child. next time politely say something to the parent that’s standing right there. we left right after to eat somewhere else. do better.

They have not had coffee cups for the last three months.
A few people in line so I debated on waiting but I’m glad I did because took all five seconds to get to me. Ladies behind the counter were extremely nice made my order perfect. It’s nice to talk to pleasant people.

I was looking at the menu deciding what i want and the old woman making sandwiches said hello which my girl and i responded and she didnt hear and then preceded to give an attitude saying “ usually when someone says hello you greet back” so immediately i told her were not eating there because of that attitude

We had a large order for a young lady,and young man to make for us..5 foot long subs,and 1 six inch sub..all different types of subs..with different veggies and cheese on each one..Best service I’ve ever had at any subway..I feel bad for not leaving enough of a tip for them..I’ll have to double it the next time.,Thank You,and keep up the good work..
