This experience of stopping for an ordinary smoothie was greatly improved and enhanced by the kindness and customer service of 2 employees by the names Ameer and Annie. They were super nice and very personable and because of them, not only will I be returning here but I will be recommending them to people in the future

Ameer and Annie were the best tropical smoothie employees I have ever encountered and I travel and go to tropical smoothie all over the country.. they deserve any dollar amount to keep them on the roster

The drive thru process is very slow. I have never spent less than 15-20 minutes there. From the time you pay, it takes about 10 minutes for your drink to even make it to you. I’ve never had a bad smoothie, but I feel like I have to block time out of my day if I want to stop here

Everything is great every time I come. Fast, accurate, friendly service and fresh, affordable yummy food.

My Buffalo Chicken Wrap barely had any chicken in it. Pricey. Clean inside. Friendly people working there.

I just tried this place for the first time and I love it. It has a welcoming and cozy atmosphere with friendly workers. Above all else, the smoothies and food are great as well. I highly recommend this place

I thought I’d give them another chance but idk what this mystery meat is my guess it’s sausage I didn’t ask for sausage in my salad i wish I could just get my money back

Horrible service

Jillian was the employee that helped me out today. and let’s just say, her customer service was A-MAZE-ING. 11/10. I asked her for the smoothie that she would recommend best and it was SUPER DUPER YUMMY!!!

Not impressed, wanted to try their food and the portions were small. My husband’s quesadilla was flat and tiny, barely filled. Wrap was a little heartier with processed weird chicken pieces. One and done for me.

Absolutely love the lean machine and the turkey bacon sandwich the gentleman and lady working that morning were very nice and pleasant also very clean and service was fast
