Everything about this place is horrible. Takes forever to get a simple order, over 30 minutes, food made wrong almost every single time, and just terrible customer service. Worst BK I've ever been to and once I use my $15 compensation, it'll be the last visit.

Would give it NO STARS! This place is DISGUSTING and has HORRIBLE customer service!! It doesn't take a genius to make the food correctly. Why is the food always cold?! Every time I come in this place the kids area is closed.. WHY? Because yall are to lazy to clean it? Just absolutely ridiculous. Managers don't care. This place is run down. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. What a disgrace. Y'all need to get it together. Absolute joke.

It took them 30 minutes to complete my order. It seems the meal packer is not capable of completing the task — taking over ten minutes to prepare just one order. You should consider hiring someone with the cognitive ability to handle the job.

You can tell the workers hate their jobs and don't want to be here. Order is often wrong, the app will tell you what time to pick your order up but you have to wait an extra 20 minutes no matter what because they're always somehow behind on orders. The floor is disgustingly sticky, entire building is often filled with smoke, drive through is always wrapped around the building. There really isn't a point using the app to beat the line because no matter what there's always a line. 30 minute lunch breaks turns into waiting 25 minutes for your food. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely terrible. Took 45 minutes for food while no one did anything. A fundamental failure in management. Drug testing for employment clearly isn't happening here. They act like zombies.

Ordered a fish sandwich combo inside the store. They put the wrong sandwiches in the wrong bag so there was confusion from that, and yes I’m sure the bag I had was mine since I ordered an additional item. The wait time is pretty ridiculous considering there was only one person in front of us, it seems they over-prioritize drive thru service. The piece of fish was laughably thin and it was ridiculously overcooked. They only filled the fry container about half full, fortunately the fries that I did get were good. I impulse bought the cheesy tots; they were luke warm, dried out, completely tasteless. No ice in the drink machine, told staff and they said they didn’t have any but I could clearly hear them fill the drive thru ice bin with ice so it would seem he didn’t want to be bothered to get me ice. Additionally, one of the drink dispensers had the wrong label on the front for what was in it. The children’s play place inside was closed. The table we sat at was dirty and sticky.

This place is a joke!!! Them and Wendy’s must of took all the lazy and incompetent McDonalds workers when they closed. Managers have attitudes, the workers can’t seem to do a single thing right. Your food will most likely never be correct. ALWAYS CHECK before you leave. They really do not care about the customers at all, it’s a shame

They take forever to give your food and the restaurant is always a mess. The service isn’t good as well. We watched a worker carry a chicken sandwich into the bathroom. I asked a worker if they had the cotton candy cloud drink so I ordered it on my app and waited for twenty minutes so I went up there and they told me they didn’t have it.
Terrible! I never received my order. Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Then went inside for another 10 minutes. No one even tried to help me! This location needs new management!

It's burger king... You'll pay waaaaaay more for food that is immediately cold when handed to you. It probably doesn't help that it will take them 20 minutes to also make a Dr. Pepper. Fast food used to care about getting your food out quick, but no one wants to work anymore and it definitely shows. The fact that I also spent $35 on 2 whopper meals and a kids meal is also insane. Do better.
