I went about 6pm, not very busy really, 1 person ahead of me waiting inside store. Drive through was not busy either. I ordered 3 different burgers to go and all 3 burgers were made wrong. Just amazing that they couldn't get even 1 of them correct. It's my fault i guess for not checking them but they were not special order, just off the menu so i thought they could handle it. I thought wrong apparently.

came thru the drive thru and there is an employee there that refuses to use the headset and makes you order at window and backs the entire drive thru up have had this happen on multiple occasions

Ordered an 8 Piece CHICKEN FRY today. Waited 23 minutes for a 7 piece chicken nugget. I don’t go to burger king often because of how unpredictable this location is and the one day I give it a go again, I’m met with this utter disgrace. If you like waiting a long time for the wrong order, I would recommend this place!

I am never going to this Burger King again. They used to be good then they got terrible and we waited a few years before going back. They were good again for a little while and now they are terrible again. We ordered two of the new steakhouse Whoppers today and they didn't have half the ingredients listed on them and the burger patties were burnt and dry. I don't know why no places can make half decent fast food or get orders right anymore but it's an epidemic that I'm so sick of that I'm done with fast food. A big middle finger to whoever prepared these burgers.

they gave me a pink burger before and I ate lettuce and tomato and they put a ketchup on my burger with extra lettuce and fries. They put the fries in the burger so this place was the worst.

I went there a few weeks ago and ordered 2 cheeseburgers. Waited in line for about 45 mins and when I finally got to the front they said that it was because the broiler was broken and it was very hard for them to cook the burgers. The result was a luke warm burger in a very cold wrapper and the burger was overcooked to death. Dry, flavorless and cold.

When we arrived, we didn't understand anything that was being said over the speaker and when they did come back on, we were asked to pull up to window two and that was before we ordered anything. We waited in line and at the window for our order for at least 2p minutes, maybe more. It was a time consuming and very inconvenient trip to Burger King. I will not visit that location again anytime soon.
I just left after 40 minutes in the drive-thru line, including 15 minutes sitting in front of the speaker without having my order taken. The store should be closed.

sat in line for a hour messed almost got are car hit by another because people were getting impatient and leaving go inside they didn't even make our food yet the manager was the only one trying to help they messed our order up 3 times with me sitting in there at this point explaining it to them it's a whopper jr with cheese no tomato or pickle very unorganized and with 7 people working there tonight they have cars leaving and other customers came in also to complain
