Their service is consistently bad. I made an order on the app about 10 minutes before I could get there. I arrived and watched them do a big Whopper order. That's fine had to wait but that's how it goes... Now I am next on the list and I am waiting for two DBCheese. BUT now they start working on the back line on another large order of Whoopers. They have one person on the backline. I have now waited over 12 minutes and the new whopper order is came in just a few minutes ago. I ask the front liner when my order will be done. She says she doesn't know and it will be done when it is done. I told her that as a former manager at a BK that wasn't appropriate. She shrugged and walked away. I said fine, I won't be coming back and left. I got online and asked for a refund with the app and it was done. I won't be going here again, even though I pick up groceries at Walmart, whose btw is great!

Wheelchair accessibility: 4 spots by the door with proper sidewalk entrance.

Advertising the pickles fries but when you order they aren’t in stock yet until mid-late December. Didn’t have the new frozen pink lemonade either. Waited 30+ minutes for the food not to be fresh or even made correctly. I ordered the new bourbon burgers and it didn’t come with the fried onions or jalapeño. Food had a chill to it… asked for the food to be remade and the order was still incorrect and cold. Asked for a sweet tea and got an unsweetened tea that tasted like water. Ordered a frozen drink and got the wrong size twice and still didn’t get the right size. Asked for half and got all onion rings. Asked to see proof that I asked for a large frozen drink. The female at the window slammed the window and walked off. Spent $25 and waited that long just to still drive off with the incorrect order. Smh manager was no help at all.

Such slow service, it’s like no one knew what they were doing. Also forgot to mention that several people needed assistance after they got their order and they helped Everyone else before helping me with my delivery order. I guess they didn’t think I was going to write a bad review.
I hate how expensive burger king is now but that's just the company.
This particular one I really do enjoy. I know a lot of the reviews are bad but I've yet to encounter a problem.

I wish I could have given this zero stars. Ordered 2 number 2s and sat in the drivethru for 40 mins and never even got our food because the girl bagging it was not wearing gloves. She was just chewing on her own tongue while touching my onion rings with her bare hands. Most unsanitary experience I've ever had. Disgusting and will never ever go here again. Not to mention, our order came to $30. How do you charge $30 for 2 burgers and fries?! Terrible terrible place.

Prices are too high, fountain small drink $1.45 sandwich prices too high I can get a meal at bob Evans for the same price and have more side items come with the main dish you need to lower the pricing across the board . Also as a promotional item bring back the zinger rings you used to have in different colors . It was a Big hit in the 70 s and 80s and it brought people in

Was craving a whopper and my burger was overcooked, charred down so that it was smaller than my bun and tasted burnt, the lettuce and onion coulda been nicer looking..they looked old. and my burger had way too much mayowhich is saying alot from someone who actually likes mayo. Also my son ordered jalapenos on his burger and i tasted it on my burger .I wish they never changed their fries.. So i was pretty much disappointed.
Kid-friendliness: Looked pretty nice play place, didnt notice any chicken nuggets inside the tunnels like i usually so in fast food play places, cant say i checked perfectly since my child is too big now. The diningroom wasnt noticably dirty.
