I have been to this location countless times, I have been there with family, friends, and staff. Everyone typically nice and helpful but not today. Rachael the manager should be retrained on customer service. I called in an order that I have gotten many times with no issue, but today instead of provolone and extra meat that I ordered I received American cheese and no extra meat.
