I can look past the drive thru attendant that just dead pan looks at you, doesn't reply to anything, and never saying 1 word... But it's pretty disgusting and inexcusable when I reach into grab the last nugget in a 5pc , and there's a bite out of it. I will absolutely never return to this location. I almost threw up cuz I almost took a bite, and I'm still grossed out cuz it was obviously touching the other 4 nuggets I did consume. 🤮

What an ignorant fast food joint. Rcvd wrong order in drive thru. drive thru line too long so I tried the door but it was locked at 6:30 in the evening. clld in restaurant, tlkd to some lady who said she was sup she made a 2nd order of nasty, half done burgers, dried out nuggets & cold fries. I asked 4 my money back & she said she didn't think she could do it. I called cust serv the next day & have been waiting for someone to call me back. it's been a week. this restaurant needs closed or serious help. this restaurant is robbing people of their hard owned money.

Went thru drive thru. Never got a hi, please, or thank you. At the window, AGAIN no hi, please, or thank you. they put their hand out to take card, never said price. Handed it back without offering a receipt. When I asked for the receipt it seemed to bother them. All 4 of my frostys were only 1/2 full. I asked if they were running out to which I got a head nod and the window closed. Never have a good night nothing. Would give zero stars if possible.

Waited 30 minutes in drive thru just to b told when I got to the window they no longer taking order ! Until the bag up their drive through orders ! After ten more minutes at the window n some arguing they took my order gave me cold food ! I told them it was cold they took it back n gave me more cold food ! Told me it was fresh ! 🤦🏾♂️ then told me to pull up if I wanted hot fries n after 10 more minutes gave me cold fries ! Took a picture of me n my car like I committed a crime 🤦🏾♂️ total of 50 minutes to get old food ! Manager n employees all need fired ! Worst experience in my entire life ! Stay away from this place ! I’m sure they won’t last much longer ! Terrible service!!!!
