Unfortunately the reviews about this wendy's are correct. Very rough & rude service. Got breakfast and every item was cold. Even the coffee. and it didn't even taste like actual coffee. I had to through away all the food without eating it.

Ok this is a new review because something dramatic happened with this Wendy’s and it has become a spectacular location that I will always choose to go over any other even if it’s out of my way! This store used to have the absolute most ridiculous insane lines and wait times and the most absolutely rude ignorant uncaring staff and I don’t know if it was new management new ownership or what that turned it around but I hope that everybody who works there gets to read this and sees and knows that anybody who comes through is so very grateful for the change and that you guys do an absolutely spectacular job with always having fresh food making the full menu available until late being open as late as you are and still serving each customer with a kind friendly cool attitude and smile right up until close! I really hope that all of you get some kind of decent raise this year because you seriously deserve it and should be rewarded for the great effort that you put in in an industry that seemingly is being filled with more and more barely living warm bodies! There is almost never anything missing or an incorrect item and everything is always about as fresh as I think that it can be made and it means more than anything to me because I am addicted to chocolate Frosty’s, that you guys keep that machine up and running until late so I can still get my frosty when needed! You’re def the best Wendy’s there is!!!

Whoever the lady is that works the drive thru in the evening has a very unprofessional tone of voice when dealing with customers. The moment you pull up she sounds as if she has an attitude all the time and does not need to work the window.

They got my whole breakfast order wrong...called corporate and they said I would get a refund that never happened 28.40 for breakfast sandwiches that I waited for 8 minutes that they still couldn't get right

Did a door dash order got a couple things one of them being a deluxe chicken sandwich and the chicken came hard as a rock couldn’t even break it by throwing it onto the sidewalk. It’s fast food not rocket science it should never be that hard to cook a damn chicken sandwich. This isn’t the first time I’ve got food messed up from this location it’s anytime I order food pass 7pm.

My friends and I had arrived before store was officially closed, (11:20) we had placed mobile orders around 11:10. The lady over the intercom was very rude and had no customer service skills. She didn't greet us, first thing she threw out there was they have no cash, when I explained we had mobile orders she acted like she didn't know what they were and had to check for a solid three or so minutes. The orders weren't started until after we said such thing and then took at least 15 minutes. She then proceeded to tell us they had no frosty which was okay, but didn't include the part on how the whole order wasn't available (chicken sandwiches, fries, frosty) and she just walked away. She didn't even attempt to explain to us how to get a refund until we went back around the drive-thru, after she shouted at us saying they were closed. (11:42) Her explanation wasn't thorough at all and gave no clear help. Don't recommend going here if you're looking for friendly staff and fast food.
TLDR; Rude staff, items not available when app said they were, not enough explanation, long wait time.
Sat in the drive thru about 5 mins waiting for someone to take the order of the car in front of me. Hire more people or get better management

When I came into the store to order because the drive through was packed the woman at the counter was rude to every customer that was there, screwing up everyone’s order, and being short while trying to take their order. That woman needs to find a job NOT facing the public!!!
