When I came into the store to order because the drive through was packed the woman at the counter was rude to every customer that was there, screwing up everyone’s order, and being short while trying to take their order. That woman needs to find a job NOT facing the public!!!

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to.
Terrible service, food was old and cold.
Drive thru took forever. The woman taking orders was rude. One employee was so high at the pick-up window she didn't even know what was happening. DO NOT EAT HERE.

This location is an absolute joke, and how it stays open is beyond me. There is nothing fast about the fast food at this location. You will wait a minimum of 15 minutes. I hope you brought cash because their card reader has been down for over a month the few times I have gone. The attitude of the workers is reprehensible.

One of the few fast food places to consistently give you a BAD experience. As soon as night shift comes in they magically can’t take debit or credit cards, female working the window is always rude.

The worst customer service EVER!!!! Sat in drive through and asked many times “Hello”. Got ignored and sat in the same position at the menu for over 5 minutes. Oh BTW, I mobile ordered. The line continued moving and I finally just drove to the window. I told worker I was just picking up my Moble order she closed the window on me and the manager came to the window. I was like hello. I’m just here picking up my Moble order. She said I needed to drive back around that. They are low staffed and that I should’ve waited longer at the window. Mind you I don’t need to order anything. Everything is already done through the Moble order. I told her I sat at the menu for over five minutes, she said I should’ve sat longer. Just so rude and disgusting no type of customer service at that point I just canceled my order because Nadya a chance was I sitting back in line that was already around the building for another 35 To 40 minutes

I went with my coworker, and was told we were not allowed to do two separate orders. The potato wedges were incredible, as well as my breakfast sandwich. Coffee was really good and nice and hot.

I stood at the register for 5+ minutes with 8 people behind the counter not being waited on until someone that had a manager polo who was on Amazon on her phone sent someone outside to get someone off a smoke break to wait on me. I would’ve left if my kid didn’t want a frosty and I needed something to keep my blood sugar from dropping. Ridiculous.

Worst Wendy's I've been to. Orders are always incorrect, staff are irritated if you say something about it. 2/3 times I've been there something is wrong with the card reader and they're cash only.

Placed an order in drive thru waited about 15mins to get to the window with only 2 cars ahead of me. Got to the window just to be told that they still waiting on my sandwich. Joke of a fast food place, I just left and told them they can eat that burger when it's made.sorry but In 15mins if u can't make a biggie bag and baconator fries your crew either needs training or replaced.

While in the Drive-Thru we hear the person working say when they're tired we just tell the people and drive through cash only so now I know that they lie so you won't spend money? We literally just left (950pm 6/7/25)

They have a manager there who speaks to her staff very disrespectfully in front of customers and doesn't know how to mind her business and starts trouble with staff members...the company knows and doesn't do anything about her poor management skills and disrespect toward staff members. Won't say her name but it's a white lady black hair little chunky
