“My husband and I came in for breakfast. The service was fast and impeccable. The server was quick on the food delivery and drink refills. We got the Gyro omelet and Stuffed banana walnut French toast. They were both amazing. Stop in a give them a try!“

“Very clean, excellent and kind waitress n server, and the food was perfect. This is definitely my new favorite dinner. I find so many waitresses these day are so rude but at this place especially at the dinner down the street from here, but this place i felt that hospitality and kindness that is rare these days, I believe its run by a family another rare thing these days. I highly recommend this small home town dinner 👌“

“Excellent now!!! Had sworn off years ago before new ownership took over and cleaned up the place! Just got around to trying again. Have been twice now so far. “Came in for lunch and had a lovely visit. My coffee was served in my own individual carafe, which was a very nice touch. I was assured that if I finished the whole carafe, which held about 3 mugs full, refilling it would be included in the price.
For food, we started with the chicken gumbo which was only okay; there was no roux so it was more like chicken and rice soup with a little bit of Cajun seasoning. Then we had a Reuben, which was decent and a chicken Parm grinder that was a little disappointing due to a cheap and soggy hoagie roll. Both came with a generous portion of fries.
We'll certainly be back, but we'll probably order from the breakfast side of the menu next time.“

“Very cozy little family breakfast and lunch spot. The food is good, portions are great.... They even have a few games in the lobby you can play while you wait.... Hardly ever have to wait, But if I do it's never too long... Overall I definitely recommend“

“After being ignored at Koffe Korner in Lansdale our family decided to go to American Star Diner for breakfast. We were welcomed with great hospitality by their staff and our food was delicious. We have been there other times for lunch but needless to say we will be coming back more often for breakfast. Thank you!“
