Went to Assi Plaza to buy some Asian groceries. This place has the ultimate selection of groceries by the way. Besides that, their food court is great. While I feel like the various options are less than the Hmart in Cheltenham, there is still a great variety of choices. I settled on a Korean Restaurant called Friends. Cafeteria style, mom & pop food vendors. Situated on the right side of Assi Market. Food is reasonable prices, good food and I always order Rice cakes & fish cakes in a very spicy sauce!

Out of all the rice cake I’ve had I love this places style so much, mild spice and the udon + the rice cake is perfect. So thankful we are blessed with little gems like this even outside of big cities. May they prosper forever and continue to make wonderful food.
