On Thursday, June 26th I went in to grab myself a coffee, I was in a great mood just ready to get myself the drink I’ve been craving when I came face to face with a very impolite, rude, probably the worst attitude I’ve come across within the year of 2025 worker named Docksha. Terrible customer service, gave me unnecessary attitude! Plus the coffee tasted old and gross!Places like these need to get rid of people like this, ruining business!Not going back.

The Orefield and Schnecksville locations are the worst Dunkin locations on the planet. We honestly don't know how they stay in business. They are incapable of adding enough flavoring to their coffee. Their decaf coffee is always cold. Ordering a bacon egg and cheese sandwich is comical. Consider yourself lucky if you get a half strip of bacon. Constantly out of any bagel varieties. Rude, unhappy and unapologetic employees add to a wonderful experience you need to avoid at all costs.

Amazing dunkin. It's on my way to school so I always just stop by and get a coffee or tea. And the order is right every time. Couldn't be more pleased. The line is so fast too. I could show up with 4 other cars in the drive thru and within less than 2 minutes we'd all be out with our orders. I genuinely don't understand how they do it so well.

I get a lrg moca latte and I always ask for lite on the ice, this is how much ice I had taken out and how much actual beverage was left. Disappointed.

We go here after getting food from the Red Tomato next door and get dessert.
Cashier was rude, gave me my breakfast sandwichs sloppy, not done well. My bagel and cream cheese came with barely cream cheese and hard.

The blatant gross mishandling of food at this place has gotten to the point where it just needs to be said at this point. The managers do not care about contamination of food; I worked at this establishment about 3 years ago under the same management and I would witness the one manager Dee drop food on the dirty ground and then send that same food out to a customer. Time and time again abusing the trust of customers. I on multiple occasions would witness the one manager Sandip knowingly give people regular coffee if the decaf was currently empty, and vice versa. Complete negligence and careless with something that can pose health complications with certain people. Fast forward to current times and twice now I've purchased the refresher drinks with green tea, the tea smelled absolutely rancid and (spoiler) it tasted like it smelled. Recently a worker at this location showed me a picture of mold floating in the green tea dispenser. Today I had ordered a multigrain bagel with veggie cream cheese. The female working the food line made a sesame despite confirming the correct bagel, and the cream cheese was rotten completely foul tasting as if it were doused in lemon. To sum it all up this place is a pit with horrible management that aren't changing anytime soon, and you're better off going anywhere else than this Dunkin Donuts. There's even another Dunkin further down the road it would be wiser to go to.
