Usually the bagels have been good, but recently lt hasn’t. Most times when I specifically asked for a toasted bagel, it’s not toasted at all. This last time, me and my husband ordered 2 bagels. And it took 45 minutes for us to get it. While we were waiting they gave out bagels who ordered after us, they need to find a better process. Have a cut off when you have 50 tickets and people are waiting. Guess I gotta find a new bagel place.
I love this place for breakfast as I'm sure most do. Most times I go I have to call ahead because I don't have time to stop in and order. Most days it's frustrating when you try to call ahead and they don't pick up the phones or disconnect it because they too busy, which is understandable but annoying. I can't imagine how much business they lose or how much more buisness they could have. Invest in a bigger place.
If you’re looking for real bagels with that perfect combo of crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Back Home Bagels is the spot. Hands down the best bagels in the Lehigh Valley. Every bite tastes fresh and made with love.
