“This is El Rancho. (I don't know what mountainside coffee is). Simply the best cheeses teak I have had in a long time, possibly ever. Fresh amazing sub roll, staff say they are delivered several times a week and I believe them. Fresh cut fries were also among the best I have ever eaten. Even the coleslaw was fantastic! You can not go wrong here. Price is more than reasonable, quality is well above others at this price or more.“

“Wonderful little gem nestled in Lewisburg! Wandered inside to see a nicely lit bakery decorated with cute decor to brighten up anybody’s mood who is visiting. The display case is full of different goodies from fruit tarts, croissants, and other baked goods. Unfortunately they’re not labeled inside so you do have to ask which each one is if you’re not familiar but the baker is very nice and explains each. The strawberry croissant was absolutely fluffy and heavenly and very large, worth the price point. Definitely would recommend this little place for a brunch or snack stop.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible inside for wheelchair using patrons as everything is eye-level. Tables are also accessible for easy use.“

“Edit: I got the cappuccino on last visit and it had next to no flavor. Just tasted like steamed milk which was a bit disappointing.Cute spot with lots of speciality coffee options and easy to-go sweets like macarons and wonuts (waffle donuts). Not too much interior seating but an easy grab and go coffee spot. We ordered the dirty chai latte and the red velvet latte which were both alright. Not personally a fan of the AI generated artwork on the walls though.“

“Anyone complaining about slow service should understand this skeleton crew gets slammed every morning. They're out of sandwiches by 11, are working to understand the new app system, and are trying their best to serve a large portion of hospital staff and patients. Every time I go, they're friendly and will joke around and have even helped me make custom drinks when I told them what I'm craving. If you treat them like humans, I'm sure you'll find they're more willing to work with your complaints.Vegetarian options: There is the impossible morning sandwich and labeling for vegetarian food options.Kid-friendliness: Being next to a pediatric department, a lot of kids come through and staff are on their best behavior and will make little ice water drinks for young ones so they can match their mom.Dietary restrictions: There is a sign for dietary restrictions, but you can ask the staff for specifics and they will do their best to work with your particular restriction. I'm sure that this is a chain issue rather than a store issue. It should be illegal to serve bacon like this lol.
