Everybody is still talking about the food at the event that was catered by the cooked goose. The roast beef was insanely tender , the chicken was juicy and tasty, the service was top notch. You can’t go wrong with the cooked goose. My one guest said “there was no need for a knife at the table as you could easily cut the chicken and beef with a fork as it fell apart it was soooo tender and delicious.
Catering was excellent. The communication was smooth, they arrived on time, and were set up early. I placed the order the week of and they were super accommodating to my last minute requests. My guests loved the food and even mentioned it in the post event survey.
