Ordered a taco salad from the Oakmont, PA location. No cheese was included on what I received. I called and was told cheese doesn't come standard on a "Taco" salad. Seemed odd, 1) a taco salad wouldn't include cheese, but also 2) a pizza shop that dumps cheese on "Everything" wouldn't include it on a taco salad?" So I looked online, and, yes, it's supposed to have cheese on it. I called back, and this time they said it was forgotten. They offered a new salad, but I don't want the additional spit topping and my lunch break is over now, so so much for that. This is NOT the first time they screwed it up and for more than $31.00 I'd expect better. I'm not going back.

How could someone legitimately leave a 5 star rating for a local pizza chain location you ask? Well, because I’ve had Fox’s Den multiple times from multiple locations since moving to the area years back, and I just was very underwhelmed. My daughter kept telling me “Dad, you have to order right. You have to get the big daddy, we get it at day camp and it rules”. “How could it be any different than the other square pie or a round pie from there”, I thought. Finally relented and tried it tonight, simple, one half cheese, half pepperoni. Crust was so different from what we had previously, sauce was just right and yes it was quickly made, but it just hit. This was probably the most surprising pizza experience I’ve had in a long time. Good stuff Fox’s Den, we’ll see ya again soon.

2nd time came with a 15% deal and they said it was given and it was not. So they are stealing your money!!! Watch out! People tonight didn't seem to know what they were doing in the restaurant either.
In response, I was a walk in and ordered there, there is a name on the receipt I posted but it was some young guy that took my order. The pizza was burnt, the cheesebread didn't have the cheese stay on the bread it just clumped together, the mozzarella sticks weren't fully cooked, and the cinnamon sticks barely had any icing on them. Also might be my mistake but didn't come with any icing to put on them to add.
