I am 61 years old and have been going to this restaurant forever. If I had to guess my family has been going here since the 70's. It seems new ownership wants to fix something that wasn't broke, but they just lost my business. Walking in the door I wasn't even greeted but had to ask if I needed a reservation and with attitude a young girl said the wait would be around 20 minutes. Strike1. No big deal. I usually ask for Jaime buy felt bad because the girl made me feel like I was putting her out, so I did not. Instead, we had a guy who had no personality. I noticed that when he brought the bread it did not come with the customary dipping oil. I also noticed the bread was not the same but a cheaper version. Strike 2. I asked Jaime and she stated they charge for that now. Strike 3. I also noticed when we got the salad it looked naked. Strike 4. One tomato, two olives, 4 julienne cuts of carrots. Nothing else. The picture on their website is not even close. We got our normal shrimp mornay and that was different. First it was cold. Strike 5. There was so much breading on eggplant that you couldn't even see it. The shrimp was converted to the baby shrimp. Cutbacks everywhere I thought. My wife's meal was average. (chicken de pepo) I ordered veal parm, but I initially wanted the purses that they no longer carry. Strike 6. Probably cost more so it was 86'd. I got my veal parm and like the mornay it had more breading than meat, The veal was as thick as a slice of lunchmeat. Strike 7. It was like eating breading with a bunch of sauce thrown on top. By the way no cheese on the veal parm. I have no problem spending top dollar for a good meal. Not saying their prices are high but it is when the quality sucks. I am wondering if the owner is leveraged out in credit due to, he bought most of the restaurants in Oakmont. I also see a lot of new faces which indicates to me a culture problem. This is exactly how Del's restaurant in Bloomfield went under. Said to see the restaurant go down the drain.

An Oakmont and Pittsburgh classic. The crowd is always fun. Definitely put it on your list.

Ordered pick up, mega salad and Cesar salad with extra dressing. Cesar salad has 3 dressings, mega salad has none. To charge $5 for this little bit of chicken is crazy. Roasted pepper crab soup is ok needs more seasoning.

The food tasted good, the bread was very cold; it would be better if it were served warm. The service was very good. The current prices of the food are completely different from the menu on Google Maps. It would be great if the restaurant updated their menu on Google Maps to reflect the current prices.

Very noisy. Hard to get the waiter to come back so I didn't get my correct order. Food, chicken didn't have much taste nor the the green beans. Wasn't worth it for the price.

Nice Italian spot, with a small variety of solid Italian and other dishes, especially worth it for the great cocktails.

Very classic Italian restaurant, older crowd and can be a wait for food, but service was really great. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of cocktail options and holiday flavors, all of them were interesting and delicious!

The Apple Gorgonzola salad is really nice, good portion and really liked the dressing. The pasta is pretty standard, though I wish they had a few more classic pasta options. I also found the bread pretty good, but wish it came a bit warmer or at least room temp.

Overall it’s a solid Italian spot in the area!

Wonderful food and service, never disappoints! Always consistently excellent, I miss Chelsea Grille, it's counterpart, excellent food always!
Update since new chef introduced 1/2025. The food is inconsistently prepared. Had some good meals and now some bad ones. Its disappointing, this was always an excellent restaurant. Packed with patrons, now a half empty restaurant. Twice the pasta pistachio had an off flavored sauce and one with no sauce, that tasted bad this time. My dining partner sent her mussels back that had canned marinara chunks dumped on it. Desserts, drinks are good.
Servers are excellent, food served quickly. I cannot recommend this place due to inconsistent food preparation.

What a disappointment. Came here tonight to celebrate a birthday and left very sad about the experience. We waited 1.5 hours for the food to come out despite there being a restaurant of embarrassingly empty tables. When asking about the wait for food, the manager came over visibly annoyed and did not apologize for the wait (Quite rude in our opinions). When we finally did get our food it was cold and one dish was SOAKED in grease. They did offer free dessert, but this did not help since we had brought our own birthday cake. Overall, we will NOT be coming here again.

Overall not impressed. We waited for entrees for our party of 7 for 90 mins. Two tables who were seated after us were served before us (one of which was another party of 7.)
When we brought up the slow service the manager she was rude when she addressed us about the slow service. To be fair they did take off the price of an appetizer and 2 entrees however the second entree was because the chicken parm was inedible secondary to sitting in a puddle of grease. The food also came out luke warm and wasn't very good.
Would not recommend.

Let's start with some positives- the restaurant was warm, all interior lightbulbs were in working condition and the table did not collapse during our meal. Now for the cons- I can only imagine that the cook had to run home to flip his laundry before making our meals, as it took over 2 hours to make us spaghetti with 6 people present in the restaurant. The manager was rude and did not apologize for the cook going home to presumably change his car oil before making our food. When the food did eventually come out it was cold, and the chicken parm was either sitting in a puddle of grease or 5W-20- we are not entirely sure.

Food was decent but the entrees took 2 hours to come out with only 2 other tables. Half of the food was cold and the chicken parm was inedible and dripping with oil. Server was great
