The food was fantastic and everyone was waited on very well. We had tomato bisque which was served hot and it was very delicious. The braised meatballs served with beans, tomatoes and red peppers was new to me but also wonderful. The entrees were all a hit at my table. They do have kids portions just not an active menu. This is a charming little restaurant, nestled near the river in Oakmont Pennsylvania. It has a warm inviting charm as you walk in the door. The waitress was awesome and attended to our every need. They have a full bar and the food was delicious. I met some friends there friends there for a girls night out. I can’t wait to go back there again and take my husband.
I've gone to a couple of the food and wine pairing dinners at the Mighty Oak Barrel.
Each time, the food was beyond my expectations! And the wine was perfectly paired to perfection!
