I’ve ordered from several Paneras in the Pittsburgh area and out of state when traveling. Since I always order the same meal ( tomato soup, tuna salad sandwich and something from the bakery) it’s easy for me to make comparisons. The Oakmont branch is far and away the best. They never skimp on the tuna salad and the soup is always good. And once when they were out of an extra item I ordered they sent me (I always use Uber Eats) a complimentary brownie and an apologetic note. I ordered in from another local Panera for years but since I discovered the Oakmont branch it is the only Panera I use. I like the quality of the food, their consistency, the quick preparation and delivery time.

Soup was cool, looked like a person with no hands made my sandwich- like I get it you hate your job but like also quit if you can’t do it properly. Bread was ripped lettuce half off OLD SOGGY ONIONS. Cheese half off I did the best I could putting it together to eat it. I don’t work there.

I ordered the Asian sesame chicken salad. It consisted of iceberg lettuce,chicken, a few shaved almonds, and the crispy strips. No flavor. I wouldn’t recommend it.
